The issue was the length of the sessions in the structured plan. I may have initially committed to 30 minutes a day during the setup process. I didn’t realize that sessions would almost put me to sleep in their peaceful and sleepy approach. I had 20 minutes to work on myself but this state was hurting my overall productivity. I looked for a way to lower the max session length but didn’t figure it out and put the app aside. ### 4/5 — Beware! *2026-07-06, version 8.6.0* Beware of the subscription. I was on a trial period. Suddenly £55 went out of my account. No warning. Am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I still don’t know if I’ve been able to because it just kept throwing up pages with discounts of up to 70%. I kept declining the offers but it’s not clear if my request to cancel went through. Although some of the sessions did not quite resonate with me, I believe in the concept. I gave some feedback that they are taking under consideration. The integration with AirPods has issues. Noise Cancellation does not work with AirPods. So annoying ### 1/5 — Disappointed with app and unexpected renewal charge *2026-07-19, version 8.6.1* I was disappointed with my experience using the Oneleaf app. I didn’t find it particularly helpful or worth the subscription cost- I can see that other people have written similar reviews including the difficulties around the subscription renewal. What frustrated me most was the automatic renewal. My subscription renewed for a significant amount without any reminder or prior notice, which came as an unpleasant surprise. Overall, I don’t feel the app provided enough value to justify the price, and the lack of a renewal reminder has left me with a negative impression. ### 1/5 — Where’s the hypnosis? *2026-07-15, version 8.6.1* So far, it’s an annoying, possibly AI voice talking about healthy eating choices. That is not what I signed up for. The ad said hypnosis. That’s not what I’m getting. No way to contact them, get refunded, or cancel. Very frustrated there is less than zero customer service response. ### 1/5 — Deceptive practices *2026-06-12* The app isn’t linked through the Apple Store subscriptions page so you never see it in your list or have the opportunity to review/ cancel. I’ve noticed a lot of apps have started moving to “web based” checkouts not liked to your Apple account so they can continue to bill you ridiculous costs (60 a quarter?! Seriously?) that you see come through your bank statement but then can’t figure out how to cancel. And then won’t refund you and make you jump through *seven* cancellation screens before you can even cancel and I’m still not even sure it’s cancelled because I never got a confirmation. Absolutely deceptive. I literally downloaded it and then forgot about it it had promise but I won’t re engage based on how impossible it was to cancel it. We will verify the cancellation and promptly assist with your refund. ### 1/5 — Not transparent about subscriptions & doesnt work *2026-02-26, version 8.1.0* Main issue with this, is that it categorically doesn’t work. I used it for weight loss and if anything put more weight on. Secondly, I signed up via an advert on Instagram offering 12 weeks for a discounted price. The advert didn’t state it was a subscription and I did not receive a confirmation email with any contractual information detailing this either. Further to this, they do not bill you through Apple subscriptions so you don’t see it in there, you have to specifically search on their app to see if you have a subscription. Even though they did not provide me with a confirmation email detailing the subscription contract they had signed me up for without my knowledge, they have refused to remedy this by offering a full or partial refund to their auto-renewal subscription. I wouldn’t recommend this as it doesn’t work, but if you want to try it for yourself, I’d really recommend taking the time to find and cancel that subscription before they charge you again without your knowledge ### 1/5 — Just one more predatory app *2025-12-30, version 8.0.0* Just discovered this app has swindled from me for months ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2025-12-06, version 7.1.8* Read and understand the terms and conditions very carefully and set a reminder on your phone a few days prior to your subscription renewal date. Because if you forget, they’ll charge you. I contacted their customer service and they refused to refund me, citing their terms and conditions. It was late on a Saturday evening and I typed my email incorrectly and just did not notice. After everything was completed and paid I kept checking my email wondering why nothing came through. Lo and behold I realized I made a grave error. Frustrated I reached out to their customer service. I got an auto response indicating that hours were Mon-Fri Eastern time. I did not expect to hear back but before I was even awake on Sunday morning, Dan fixed everything. I just listen to a short audio every day (some are only about 5 minutes, some are 20 minutes). I have not done anything else, no diets, etc, and I have already lost about 20 lbs. It has taken me longer than expected to lose the weight, but that’s okay with me. It works! Also, they do respond when you need help. After a long time of it working fine, I was suddenly unable to get the app to work. Later that day, it started working again, but a couple of days later, someone from Oneleaf emailed me to make sure it was working again. I say this is well worth the price.
