Dann hilft nur, das Gerät auszustecken und wieder einzuschalten. Ein App-Neustart bringt nichts. Mit dem gleichen WLAN bin ich verbunden. Ansonsten wäre noch der eingeschränkte Funktionsumfang der App zu bemängeln. ### 1/5 — Reinigung der Luft sehr gut aber App nicht verwendbar! *2025-04-11, version 1.2.0* Die Luftreinigung ist sehr gut und als Allergiker merkt man eine spürbare Verbesserung wenn das Gerät in Funktion ist. Die App hingegen lässt sich nur sporadisch mit dem Gerät verbinden und es gibt ständig Verbindungsprobleme. Auch ein Fernzugriff wäre wünschenswert. Den hat es wohl früher gegeben. Was die App betrifft ein Schritt zurück. Alles in Allem aber trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes und sehr leises Gerät. ### 2/5 — Hi, Du hast Verbindungsprobleme *2025-03-08, version 1.2.0* Der Filter ist gut aber ich hoffe an der App wird noch weitergearbeitet. -Unter Benutzerdaten werden die Vorteile eines Accounts gepriesen; es ist aber nicht möglich eins anzulegen oder sich dabei anzumelden. -Ich habe 3 dieser Filter im Haus, meist sind 2 davon nicht erreichbar. The setup is supposed to be a one time deal. No? This bug gotta be fixed or else the app is useless. Also, the app doesn’t have a lot of features like some other air purifiers on the market - i.e. the dyson purifier shows analytics throughout the day so you can track which time of the day has the most particulates in the air and it even shows what kind of matter it is so you can be more aware of things to look out for. On this app? No such thing.
