It never wants to Open when ai login! The Face ID does not work! It consistently refuses to open upon login! Have to repeatedly try to login! Then I go to change password & it says not to use original password! Then it opens! I can’t tell you how aggravating this app is to try & use! Got anyone who knows how to fix the problems? Stay far away from this institution. ### 1/5 — They suck *2026-08-05, version 10.29.0* they never call you back when you’re asking a serious question ### 1/5 — Aggressive *2026-07-31, version 10.29.0* Currently on disability, I pay for the disability insurance in case of something like this to happen and I’ve been getting harassing phone calls my account manager has been very nice and understanding with me and she tells me to hang on a minute and apparently her boss gets on the phone to talk to me and start threatening me and telling me that he’s just going to make the decision to repo the truck that I use for collateral and cancel my disability insurance that I have been paying for for the last four years.
