Your app allows for everything except the most important thing, viewing current and previous bill and usage for account 

The review option is unnecessarily restrictive. I don’t need to provide a “nickname” to provide feedback. I’ve tried a half dozed nicknames and the app won’t accept any of them. 

Why put barriers between customers and the organization to make observations and improvements? Totally Junior Varsity stuff
