### 1/5 — Doesn’t work, poor customer service

It worked in the trial so I paid $99 for corporate credits and it pretty much immediately stopped working. Every time I try to save a card it says “credit not authorized”. I’ve spent hours doing fixes their customer service has requested like reauthorizing the connection and reinstalling the app and nothing. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse.

The application updated and works well now. Was some issues on iOS 13.3, now all issues have fixed. 
Please update the app, and answer on my email about my special offers or confirm refund request.
