Great CRM. Focused on tasks and time management - you only see what needs doing today, it pulls in all your emails, I can store documents for reuse, it’s simple and has become invaluable for our small business where customer care is crucial and lead in times are often over a year.

I’ve tried so many CRMs it’s hard to remember them all. OnePage CRM is different. It’s the clear winner for me. With its straightforward, minimalist UI and no-nonsense action-centric philosophy,  it’s got everything it needs and nothing to confuse you. Nimble wins the race. Love this app.

Like the system so far but Payment processing system is not US based and always leading to fraud warnings when we try to pay for online service.

With regards to transactions, even though some cards might holds cross-border restrictions as OnePageCRM is based in Ireland, you can easily enable international bank transfers on your bank account in order to process the payment without any issues from our side moving forward. I love the way the platform is organized. I started the free trial yesterday and took quite some time manually adding contacts from a plethora of different sources. Now when I go to view the app, none of the contacts I’ve added show up on the app, but instead only the demo contacts show up. When I log back in to web platform (not mobile app), all my contacts are there. We chose OnePageCRM because it has a mobile app, but if data doesn’t sync between web (logging in from computer) and app, then this platform is rubbish. Please fix syncing issues and we’ll be happy. :)
