Always says there is an error in the email or password. There is not. Constant logouts for no reason, never remembers your login details (should have Face ID) and activating a sim was a nightmare. I filled in the details etc. Completed all the vérifications. Then I tried to sign in and went round in circles. Tried to talk to support before I realised it may be there wrong app. AI support first. Then a real person. The real person vanished. Now I’m trying to cancel this rubbish. That’s even worse. It’s owned by Wesfarmers which is a reputable company. Go figure. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-08-01, version 4.8.17* Can’t even log in. Won’t verify. Tried for 2 days to get calling extra but can’t get in. ### 1/5 — Can't "remember password" *2025-07-31, version 4.8.17* I have to input password every time if I login the app in different days. I ticked the box of " keep me sign in" but the app still can't remember my password. To hire reliable IT professionals plz!!! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-07-25* As a new customer, I haven’t even been able to use the app. It shows an error message when I attempt to log in (though it’s not an account issue as I can log in through the website). I did all the usual things such as deleting/reinstalling the app, and it’s not a compatibility issue with my phone either, as the app states it’s compatible with my iOS version. After multiple reports/contacts for tech support (and being promised I would be contacted with an update/answer, which never occurred), the answer I was given is that there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong on their end. In other words, there is obviously a problem, but there’s nothing they can (or are willing to) do to fix it. Crashes a lot and signs me out every time ### 1/5 — Utterly Useless *2025-07-07* I upgraded my catch connect app to OnePass app as suggested. This was the worst thing I could have done as the OnePass app unlike the catch app demands that you use Face ID & gives no other option. Now since my iPhone 7 does not support Face ID I completely lost access to my account. Oh & the old Catch connect app has deleted from the app stores so now I have no options at all, thanks OneAss. You cannot pay over the phone; payment has to be made through the website and I cannot log in via the website or the app. My app is updated and I have tried renewing the password over a dozen times. The app not the website recognizes the password. It just says incorrect email and/pr password. Customer service agents cannot help with anything. They cannot take a payment. They cannot reset a password with a temporary password. The app is unusable. The website is equally bad. The plans may be good value but if you ever need to log back in to update your card after you set up the plan, you’re in for a big disappointment. ### 1/5 — App keeps logging me out *2026-06-10* Impossible to use. I go through the endless process of logging in, doing all the captcha images and clicking remember me. Then not even a day later it logs me out saying session expires. The process to log back in is exhausting. Face ID would be faster and much more convenient. ### 3/5 — Has all the features I’d expect, but… *2026-03-10* I appreciate added security, but the login is really frustrating as I get logged out very frequently and despite it asking if I want to use FaceID on first use… it’s never prompted for it again. As a casual user, it’s not irritating me much. However… I did notice that I can make the app display incorrect information by ‘switching tabs’ inside the app. The expiry date of my phone plan, will change from 13th November, to 14th November, and back again to 13th November, depending on what combination of tabs I navigate to; in specific sequences. The year of the expiry date does not change. This is critical information that glitches out into incorrect info, due to user navigation of the app. Needs fixing.
