It needs to be sent to where you can pick the amount that you wanna pay because I used to pay so I could try to buy food because I haven’t eaten today and thanks to the event it took all of it. ### 3/5 — Fix your app *2026-08-24, version 5.88.0* I’ve tried 5 times to put the money I’ve made with spark in my banking account and every time I keep receiving an error message. Please fix your app because this is beyond frustrating and ridiculous ### 2/5 — Piece of trash. *2026-08-24, version 5.88.0* This app is constantly messing up and it wouldn't even let me do an instant transfer to an external bank account. I used the advance feature to borrow 50$ the other day, and I wanted to buy some groceries now. I pulled out a cash advance of 50$ to buy groceries, and my negative cash advance balance ate all the money, which makes sense, but you could easily have a pop up that warns you that all the money you’re about to waste an early pay to get is going to disappear back into your negative advance balance. I wasted an early pay for basically nothing, as if I would’ve known i would’ve just waited until I got paid anyway in a day or 2 ### 2/5 — Terrible! *2026-08-23, version 5.88.0* You are able to spend the money, but they end the chat on you randomly when you are trying to type!!! OnePay walks the talk I’m 60 years old and entered the credit world in 1984 the year I graduated high school and I have been active on computers and apps for banking for over 40 years, One Pay is the real deal!! Customer and User friendly!!! Get your children in here parents and signed up, nowadays it’s never too early to educate your children to the credit world, having a bad credit score can be crippling to a young person starting out, not bragging but I have an 848 credit score and my 18 year old granddaughter has a 768 credit score but still needed Papa to co-sign to get a favorable Auto Loan rate!! Kudos to OnePay for providing a blueprint to help younger souls navigate the treacherous landscape of financial literacy and credit scores!!! Don’t get ripped off by these people, they don’t care or value their customers like chime does. Steer clear and save yourself the time money and stress. The make it out to be a simple good working system but it’s a complete rip off and been a true night mare. Tread at you own risk. Sing on bonus you must have a direct deposit from your employer. I don’t have this possibility so I’m out of luck. It’s just misleading. I wouldn’t have signed up for this if I’d had known ### 1/5 — BAD app, WORSE customer service. *2026-08-24, version 5.88.0* I downloaded and banked with this app because it seemed like a great bank based on the reviews. I went to get gas and wasn’t able to use my OnePay card, so I had to cancel the transaction. 4 days later the hold was still on my account. Okay. I called the gas station’s corporate and they said they had released the funds on THEIR end. Mind you, this is almost a $100 hold. THEN I contact OnePay support. They tell me they want me to wait 7 days to get my money back. I need this money in order to pay for my credit cards and a ticket, but they won’t release the funds. They close my account and blocked me from using my own money.
