Please rectify the problem and do the needful I’ve bought it through online after seeing that it is compatible with ios but now it is not at all connecting. To my surprise you guys have crashed that belief No time, never expected that…😡😡😡😡😡😡 Have downloaded the app yesterday once after receiving the band with big smile. I couldn’t able to find the words to thank the developer. Have you guys tested before launching. If not; why you have even released the iOS version. By looking into compatibility note I have made my purchase now regretting to the core the app is not even loading very first page your app. If possible take some classes with ‘whitehat Jr.’ and come back. ### 1/5 — The app won’t let you pair your iPhone with the One Plus Smart Watch. *2021-06-17* Do not invest in buying the one plus smart watch as it doesn’t pair with your iPhone. The app description is MISLEADING where it says that it can used to pair One Plus WEARABLES . The watch is one of the wearables offered by One Plus but the company has terribly failed at providing the required services. Why launch a product when you can’t provide the required services? Very disappointed! ### 1/5 — This declares oneplus as an overrated brand. *2021-05-24* The clear fact that oneplus took more than 4 months to even launch this app for iOS after releasing the product officially and having numerous buyers using iPhones and still can’t even get it right enough to reach the minuscule stage of getting signed in states how ridiculous this brand is, I made the mistake of buying the band but I’m sure not even a single cent of my pocket is ever going to be spent on anything made by Oneplus. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed – Not Compatible with iPhone *2025-05-21* I recently bought a OnePlus smartwatch, excited to pair it with my iPhone, only to find out that it’s not compatible. Despite trying multiple times and following all instructions, the watch simply won’t connect. It's really disappointing that a modern smartwatch from such a reputed brand doesn’t support iOS properly. There’s no clear communication about this limitation either. Feels like a waste of money for iPhone users. The hardware might still function fine, but the software has been completely neglected. No new features, no performance improvements, and worst of all, no software updates in all this time! It’s disappointing to see a company like OnePlus, which is known for innovation, completely abandon a product after release. As a customer, I feel completely ignored. I would not recommend the OnePlus Band to anyone. There are far better alternatives out there with regular updates and improvements. Highly disappointed and expecting a quick recovery from the crash and bug. ### 1/5 — Crashing application *2023-01-24* I'm trying to connect my oneplus watch to iOS 16.2 but situation is i can't connect to it because after installing app it doesn't even open for a single second, it just gets crashed immediately while opening the app. I visited oneplus service centre as well as to apple service centre but no solution found. Waiting for new update for this application which can be compatible with this iOS version. Since 2 days I have been trying to sign up but its not happening. I took One Plus Watch, bcoz it has an option to connect to this application, but I am not able to sign in the application. If you dont know how to develop the application or dont want to work it out on IOS, then don’t waste others time in downloading the application. I cant even demand from you to give my money back. But my review for star is not one but 0.1 ### 1/5 — Total garbage.. Deserves a -ve Rating *2022-04-24* Bought this band considering Oneplus as a reputed brand. They are delivering a scrap.. The band never pairs with iOS... I-phone users beware..!! After multiple tries.. Finally I have given this as a toy watch to my child. Cannot think of any better option. *NOTE to Oneplus : please provide training to your developers..and do a thorough testing before launching such nonsense products in the market. After this traumatic experience in never ever going to buy any product of Oneplus brand. ### 1/5 — First a login issue, then no support for oneplus watch *2021-10-23* It took me 1-1.5 hours to just login to the app. Even after putting in my credentials 15-20 times and restarting my phone twice, I finally was able to login. Post that, I found that it doesn’t have an option to add oneplus watch. I spent a good amount on buying the limited edition watch and sadly ai can’t even use its full features, thanks to inability to connect to the device. Technical team of one plus, please provide an upgrade to the app whereby we can pair our iphones to oneplus smartwatch. ### 1/5 — No Response or Update from One plus to add One plus Watch for Iphone *2021-10-20* Its been more than a year and one plus has not yet considered to bring in the feature to support one plus watch with iphone. Website always says it will be coming soon, but that soon has no definite timelines. Seems most of the users will be disappointed delay with the same and one plus might loose a major market share which they can easily have with iphone users. Before i was created with mobile number is not working. ### 5/5 — Try to clear Data from the Apple Health App *2021-08-17* First uninstall the One plus health App, then go to Settings, Health (scroll down to get it). Then clear all your data from there, then Go to Safari in the Settings app and try to clear your history and data. Then reinstall the app. Hopefully it should work It worked for me ### 4/5 — Decent *2023-01-16* I have never really used a fitness app before to track my daily activities so I don’t have something to compare this with. I have been using this app from a week and haven’t really faced much issues. I initially was even thinking about not downloading the app due to such horrendous reviews but I wanted to give it a go. I connected my Oneplus band with the app. I logged in through my mobile number. At first it had difficulties finding my device then I realised I had to reset the band as it was already connected with my Samsung tablet. I never really even looked at the app in my tablet. I recently decided to get more active and actually track my activity correctly to see what I could improve. I also wear this watch while sleeping and honestly it has been giving very accurate information. I was actually blown away as this band costs like less than 2/3k when I bought it. I have also synced my iPhone notification with the watch and it does the job. I also use it for alarm as the vibration on the wrist wakes me up quicker than iPhone. Only issue I faced was that when I downloaded the app and connected my phone it kept logging me out 2/3 times. But I have not faced this issue since. This is my first time writing a review as I have had a decent experience with the app. I hope it is useful to you guys! ### 4/5 — Log in through website with email id *2021-06-11* Works if one logs in through website with email address.
