Almost useless because it may take many many attempts to connect to the radon monitor. ### 1/5 — App Crash *2022-10-14, version 2.3.8* App is very unstable, functionally useless. Radon meters must be read with desktop, worthless app. Will not connect to meters, crashes repeatedly when attempting connections. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2020-01-16, version 2.2.39* I am not a younger tech savvy inspector. I purchase the devise at IW 2019 and have never been able to use it. It’s frustrating to have a “mobile” unit but can only download on my laptop in my office. So much for on the spot reports for my clients. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times with no added success. I may have to go back to old reliable (competitor). Sorry sun nuclear but a lost client here. ### 1/5 — Unisable insulting half effort to the radon community *2018-10-30, version 2.1.34* The tiny six point font reports are illegible and are not accepted in a house closing as a valid document. No clear setup instructions. Unusable with the 1027. Clunky and unpresentable with the 1028. Sorry sun nuclear. ### 3/5 — Okay *2021-11-18, version 2.3.8* User experience of app is decent. However getting a quick response from support varies. About half of my company’s machines have Bluetooth connection issues. Called and spoke with tech support and was told to plug in machines to a laptop and use Bluetooth fix option which didn’t work. Have to send in machine’s at an expense to us to fix their issue. ### 3/5 — The report itself *2018-09-04, version 2.1.34* The app works good. However, the final report given to the clients could be a much better layout. The writing is a very small font. Hard to read. The test results should have a large result that’s very easy to read and understand for the clients on the first page. I’m a local Realtor and inspector and think I could help make this look much more appealing. Actually, creating the report is easy and quite customizable. Saves a lot of time to complete an inspection and have a modern looking, compliant with states’ regulations and particular observations of the premises. Much better than what had to use before, and time saving too. Particularly helpful is the invoice generator. I also like the cross platform compatibility.
