### 1/5 — Worthless

*2025-03-13, version 3.0.5*

This app is only helpful if your care providers are tapped into their system. I could be wrong but it doesn’t appear to have any way to add your own data and it doesn’t seem to let you add your own vitals, food, supplement, etc. intake. Don’t waste your time. Get Guava instead. It seems to be the best one after trying over half a dozen of these apps.

### 1/5 — OneRecord LLC shame on you…

*2024-05-26, version 3.0.5*

Blows my mind that they require you to create a account (Name/DOB/Email/Phone#) even before they allow you to check if your insurance/provider/plan is even compatible with their app. Seems like the goal is to collect people private information by disguising themselves as a service.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-12-26, version 3.0.5*

Tried to connect to two different providers & watched the app spin endlessly after connecting to provider portal. Tried again in browser, same result. API definitely not ready for prime time. 😵‍💫

### 2/5 — Nice idea

*2022-10-15, version 3.0.1*

But the list of participating insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, etc is just too small. This is a common problem and the blame Moreno the provider than the app developers but ultimately the app is of little use.

### 1/5 — Not ok for me

*2022-04-16, version 2.7.0*

I cannot sign up. I cannot put in my phone number. I am not from US. That’s why?

### 1/5 — Can't Delete App

*2022-02-21, version 2.5.0*

Tried to enter my hospital with no results. Tried my health system with no results.
Tried to delete the app. The delete button is hidden due to the screen being oversized. Dragging the screen up to display the button does not help. All my other apps do not have this problem.

### 1/5 — What a waste of time !

*2021-11-10, version 2.2.0*

It doesn't have my hospital listed even though it shows up on the map.
It doesn't have my insurance listed and can't 'find' it even after I enter the name.
This must be for the 'select few' hospitals and insurance companies that fit in ...

### 1/5 — Useless Unless Your Hospital is in the app

*2021-10-25, version 2.2.0*

No hospitals in Austin Texas, a major city, are in their app rendering it completely useless if you live in Austin. I suspect this is a problem in many major cities. No apparent way to get my 3 Covid-19 vaccinations in the vaccination section. A great idea but needs a huge amount of work to make it at all useful.

### 2/5 — Two Vaccination card

*2021-10-22, version 2.2.0*

Easy to use but you have two. It should be just one with both vaccination dates

### 1/5 — Needs to be updated

*2021-09-12, version 2.1.0*

My insurance company nor my hospital is on here. Downloaded this app to upload my Covid vaccine card but I was unable to do this. Will be uninstalling this app
