### 2/5 — Nice idea

*2022-10-15, version 3.0.1*

But the list of participating insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, etc is just too small. This is a common problem and the blame Moreno the provider than the app developers but ultimately the app is of little use.

### 2/5 — Two Vaccination card

*2021-10-22, version 2.2.0*

Easy to use but you have two. It should be just one with both vaccination dates

### 2/5 — Useless if your hospital isn’t in app’s network...

*2021-05-29, version 1.6.0*

The app works fine, except it’s useless to me since none of my doctors, clinics, or hospitals are in the app’s network. This would not have been a dealbreaker for me except for the fact that it doesn’t let me manually input my health information. I can’t even input the stuff I typically have to fill out at the doctors office (like family history). Unless your doctors/hospitals have a patient portal that can link to this app, it’s completely useless. I was surprised how few doctors/facilities it recognized despite living in a big city. I was really hoping for an option to at least input my own info and upload photos to have a general idea of my records, but nope. I’ll have to look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Not Useful

*2021-05-19, version 1.5.0*

Best I can tell after downloading this app I can do absolutely nothing with it!

Deleting app.

### 1/5 — Reviews must be fake

*2021-04-20, version 1.4.1*

There’s only 1 place in all of my state that can sync records with this app and it’s a hospital anyway so they wouldn’t have regular lab results or any other information from my actual doctors. In general, the map of facilities in the United States that you can select is extremely small. I don’t see how this app could be helpful at all in its current state.

### 1/5 — Disappointed in Houston

*2021-02-26, version 1.3.0*

I live in Houston, with one of the largest medical centers in the US. When trying to connect to a hospital, they only listed one hospital.

### 1/5 — Probably a great app but issues

*2020-12-09, version 1.1.0*

Ratings here are great. I downloaded and kept getting a message my password wasn’t strong enough despite multiple attempts to create a complex one. Finally accepted and then stopped at next stage of creation when it requested I needed to re-sign in to Apple only to tell me my Apple password was wrong. WTH? This is 10 minutes in to simply activate the app and I do know my Apple password. Deleted the app and trying to find one more user friendly.

### 5/5 — All medical records in one place?

*2020-09-01, version 1.0.1*

So easy to use!! Love the UX. Makes keeping track of medical records easy for me. Plus, you can share info with new doctors at the click of a button. 5 Stars! Thanks OneRecord ☺️

### 5/5 — Happy it’s finally an app

*2020-09-01, version 1.0.1*

OneRecord is an awesome, patient-centered health records application.

I’ve appreciated the web version for a while; now excited I can have it as an app on my phone!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2020-09-01, version 1.0.1*

I was able to finally consolidate my mother’s health records. This is amazing!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2025-03-13, version 3.0.5*

This app is only helpful if your care providers are tapped into their system. I could be wrong but it doesn’t appear to have any way to add your own data and it doesn’t seem to let you add your own vitals, food, supplement, etc. intake. Don’t waste your time. Get Guava instead. It seems to be the best one after trying over half a dozen of these apps.

### 1/5 — OneRecord LLC shame on you…

*2024-05-26, version 3.0.5*

Blows my mind that they require you to create a account (Name/DOB/Email/Phone#) even before they allow you to check if your insurance/provider/plan is even compatible with their app. Seems like the goal is to collect people private information by disguising themselves as a service.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-12-26, version 3.0.5*

Tried to connect to two different providers & watched the app spin endlessly after connecting to provider portal. Tried again in browser, same result. API definitely not ready for prime time. 😵‍💫

### 1/5 — Not ok for me

*2022-04-16, version 2.7.0*

I cannot sign up. I cannot put in my phone number. I am not from US. That’s why?

### 1/5 — Can't Delete App

*2022-02-21, version 2.5.0*

Tried to enter my hospital with no results. Tried my health system with no results.
Tried to delete the app. The delete button is hidden due to the screen being oversized. Dragging the screen up to display the button does not help. All my other apps do not have this problem.

### 1/5 — What a waste of time !

*2021-11-10, version 2.2.0*

It doesn't have my hospital listed even though it shows up on the map.
It doesn't have my insurance listed and can't 'find' it even after I enter the name.
This must be for the 'select few' hospitals and insurance companies that fit in ...

### 1/5 — Useless Unless Your Hospital is in the app

*2021-10-25, version 2.2.0*

No hospitals in Austin Texas, a major city, are in their app rendering it completely useless if you live in Austin. I suspect this is a problem in many major cities. No apparent way to get my 3 Covid-19 vaccinations in the vaccination section. A great idea but needs a huge amount of work to make it at all useful.

### 1/5 — Needs to be updated

*2021-09-12, version 2.1.0*

My insurance company nor my hospital is on here. Downloaded this app to upload my Covid vaccine card but I was unable to do this. Will be uninstalling this app

### 1/5 — Alyssa

*2021-09-05, version 2.1.0*

Please add Ascension St Thomas-St Thomas West hospital as an option! Address: 4220 Harding Pl Nashville, TN 37205. It’s a huge hospital in the Nashville area and not listed as an option and that makes this app not at all useful for many users.

### 1/5 — Can’t find vaccine record

*2021-08-12, version 2.0.1*

Got my vaccine through the county of San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. The app can’t connect to its data base. The app can’t find any of my local hospitals and very very few medical facilities.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Incredibly Helpful App

*2020-09-28, version 1.0.1*

When I moved states, I had a difficult time switching doctors and maintaining all my medical documentation and history, that’s when I started using OneRecord as my one stop shop. It helped simplify & alleviate the headaches of an already stressful transition. It’s been particularly beneficial during COVID-19 and highly recommend its use.

### 5/5 — Waited my whole life for this!

*2020-09-23, version 1.0.1*

I’ve been a chronic patient for two decades and collecting all of my data from all of my doctors and medical centers over the years has essentially been impossible. I signed onto onerecord and was able to aggregate almost all of my records in just a few minutes with a few clicks. Mind. Blown. Thank for finally creating what all of us need, especially those who frequent the doctors office like myself.

### 5/5 — Power to the people!

*2020-09-23, version 1.0.1*

I’m able to have my information from my different providers conveniently organized in one place! I can share this with my family and my care professionals. It’s a powerful app. I’ve told lots of my friends about it and they all love it!

### 5/5 — Highly recommend!

*2020-09-02, version 1.0.1*

I split my time between New York and Texas. My doctors are spread across two states but now I can have all my information in one place.

### 5/5 — Amazing!!!

*2020-09-02, version 1.0.1*

I have three kids and that means a lot of doctors appointments and a lot of paper work. This is going to make it so easy for me to track their immunizations. Thank goodness for OneRecord. Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!!

*2020-09-02, version 1.0.1*

Highly recommended

### 5/5 — Loving this app!

### 5/5 — Easy and intuitive

Application was easy to sign up for and seamlessly connected data from my provider’s existing portal.
