It’s silk and smooth. The UI is designed is such a way that you will like it at the first go. The credit scores are also updated and are shown correctly. Above all these, it has no ads. Not only that it shows all the credit card informations also correctly. But their customer support is a nightmare. Firstly, getting connected to a representative is totally a good luck. Secondly, if connected to a representative, they take more than the time required to answer your queries. Also, their Twitter handle doesn't reply most of the times. Only, if it is an appreciation tweet, you will get reply very quickly. Else, any complaint tweet will go unanswered, or even unseen. I downloaded One Score and got all my credit score verified and got redirected to One Card app which I can’t download because that’s geo fenced to India. This app is a total waste of time and effort look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — It won’t let me change the country code for a USA telephone number *2024-10-17* I can’t even complete setting up my profile, because the app won’t let me change the country code on the telephone number. It is defaulted to +91 ### 1/5 — Frauds - they sell you personal information *2024-10-01, version 3.14.91* I used my mobile number to get OTP on their mobile app. Starting within the next 15 minutes, I started to receive some text messages from different unknown numbers and those seems to be scam. It looks like one score sold my mobile number information someone to someone. ### 1/5 — Zero Stars for app & customer support *2024-08-23* I have installed this app in 2024 Jan, unfortunately I’m unable to fetch neither CIBIL or Experian score due to some issues in app for which I have reached out to customer support, they didn’t respond to my emails even after multiple follow ups but after few months somehow I was able to fetch CIBIL score only, still having issue with Experian. It’s been nearly 8 months but they didn’t fix this issue & not bothered to respond to me on the issue. Finally I have received a call from customer support on 18th Aug saying this is an issue for many users for which they are looking into it. He didn’t provide any proper response on my query “why it took 8 months to reach out to me ?” Today they have given surprise to me, I am unable to fetch my CIBIL score also now. **Developer response:** Hi Buddy! When I raised a request, the customer support said I have registered from two different email address (having same pan number) because of which this issue is happening. When I asked them to fix it, they said they can’t fix it. First of all they should have a validation when creating new user. They didn’t have it. Upon registering, I've been bombarded with numerous calls from OneCard aggressively promoting their credit card. Even on WhatsApp, their spam messages persist. Despite attempting to unregister within the app, the process proved convoluted—they created a ticket, only to cancel it a few days later, citing my alleged unreachability without any valid reason. The complexity involved in deleting an account raises suspicions. Adding to my concerns, I've observed an unexplained two-point drop in my credit score. Given that I haven't undertaken any new financial activities, I suspect the app may be continuously fetching my credit score, contributing to this unexpected decline. West of time ### 1/5 — App is fine, but they will harass you to take OneCard *2022-08-10* DO NOT INSTALL. I downloaded OneScore to keep track of credit score. It was pretty good in getting my credit score. But once the company realised I had a good credit score, they started annoying me continuously to take OneCard. Multiple messages everyday, from different numbers, that I couldn’t block them all. Then they also started calling me with automated messages. Super annoying. Cheers! - Ahi ### 1/5 — Total waste app, can’t register on it. *2022-08-03, version 3.14.18* After verifying by giving phone number and OTP the app asked for first and last Name (as per PAN) my last name is an initial which is one character but the app keeps asking for 2 characters (as per PAN) in my last name without that it doesn’t proceed. What to do without a full last name. Can’t proceed with first name alone also.
