I hope for all contracts a quality control engineer is assigned to do a quality inspection and control and sign off a job acceptance certificate before any payment is made. As a standard procedure a follow up inspection should be done after a defined period to ensure that there is no defects arising from the project repairs. Thank you again. This has given me great motivation to keep my eyes open and report similar deficiencies for all public repairs and projects as defects can be safety hazards especially in housing estates. ### 5/5 — Mango tree *2026-04-06, version 8.1.0* Regarding the mango tree issue on March 30th, thank you very much for your prompt action. However, I'm sorry to say that the problem has not been completely resolved. They only removed some branches that were blocking the kitchen window. The window of the upstairs bedroom (4th floor) is still completely blocked. These trees have never been sprayed with any insecticide, and the pest problem is very serious (termites, black wasps, small cockroaches...). Because of this, I have had to replace the wooden flooring and wooden cabinets. I sincerely hope that these problems can be thoroughly resolved!" ### 5/5 — The location map keeps going blank when accurate pinpointing of locating was attempted *2026-01-22, version 8.0.7* Previous use the map can be dragged to better pinpoint the “exact” location of the incident, now when the location is engaged; it kept going to a blank black screen and “restart” mode when engaged again. ### 2/5 — Bad UI *2025-05-11, version 8.0.0* Bad UI when reporting illegal parking. I may be on the road, driving shotgun and affected by an illegal parker. there is no way to submit case because by the time i open the app, i’m 250m away from the pinned location and the reporting does not allow me to proceed. In the past, the metadata time stamp of the photo within 10mins was good, as it ensured accuracy. This geolocation limitation is ridiculous and doesn’t solve an extra layer of wrongly submitted cases. Implement for the sake of ‘upgrading’ but it became even worst. In short: OneService prefers the affected drivers come down of their vehicle and be illegal parkers themselves to make a report ### 2/5 — Answer is not satisfactory *2025-05-01, version 8.0.0* As it’s more of an update rather than a final answer. May i know if anything will be done to introduce singpass on the mobile nlb app? ### 5/5 — Helpful and useful *2025-04-14, version 7.6.1* I have reported several issues on community related matters ( cleanliness noise lack of information risks of accidents) I am impressed by the One Service reactivity and follow up. Most of the time the issue is resolved. When not the blame goes to the government agency responsible for the issue. Every time it rained there was a big puddle. When we swept the leaves we ended up sweeping little stones. One day my neighbour for the tarmac fixed outside his house so I asked how he arranged it. He told me to write in via OneService! Can’t believe how fast and efficient the response was! Really makes me very happy…. ### 1/5 — Unable to open App on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running on various iOS 18.x version including the latest *2024-11-28, version 7.5.1* Reported the app issue many days ago but still not resolve yet ### 3/5 — Photo access is buggy *2024-09-13, version 7.4.1* Please fix the photo access - after trying multiple times to allow access to the app it still says it cannot access my photos for reporting an incident. Logging out/in again, changing access levels, re-installing app all do not help fix this 😡 despite this bug, the app has proved effective previously!
