Save your money because $45 a month for an app that works 20% of the time is really not worth it. The tech support is responsive, but they ask you to do the work by sending videos and screenshots. Look, I pay you. You need to figure out your own development issues and put out communications to your users if there’s a known problem with steps to fix it. You have to enter the same info on the brand twice in order for it to save. My items are not deleting across platforms. I can go on. I have to switch to Vendoo because they have access to all platforms, I don't like Vendoo yet because one shop was easier and faster. Now there is no other way. Never great but saved me time and the cost wasn’t too high. Recently started having issues. Submitted a ticket today. Instead of fixing anything for me, they instead told me that I need to turn off a bunch of important settings in Poshmark and to just do it manually myself. They Completely lost my business after that. Oh and they claim to be US based but that is a lie. ### 1/5 — Failing *2025-05-20, version 1.0.847* Had so much hope when I started using this app and they promised users would soon be able to link Etsy. That never happened and now Depop is no longer linked. There are issues with printing shipping labels, sharing a listing to Mercari is problematic, PM seem to be trying to block usage and eBay users are having issues. If you want to link Grailed you have to ask for the option. Support always promise they’re working on repairs but never update users once repairs are made (which happens less and less) ### 1/5 — Scammers *2025-05-16, version 1.0.847* Their bots no longer work yet they continue to advertise as if they do. Don’t waste your money. However, the link to connect depop has been down for months - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Additionally, there are many other issues when crosslisting that have not been resolved for an extended amount of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Choose VENDOO or another cross listing app. ### 2/5 — Very disappointed! *2025-04-07, version 1.0.847* I really wanted to keep using this app, but it continuously glitching with shipping rates, sizes etc. Also no update with currently updated ebay “ pre owned” categories. On my question when this update is coming i was answered that there is no estimate time which means they are not even working on it. You guys will keep loosing subscribers and eventually will loose your business. Very sad. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-03-08, version 1.0.847* There are pretty consistently issues with this app. Currently you can not post to depop, prior to this, you were unable to post to Mercari for 3 months. Customer support could not care less about you, the customer (all email responses are we are working on it and nothing more), or fixing said issues. $45 is a lot to pay for an app that works sometimes. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2025-03-07, version 1.0.847* After four years of using this app, I’m finally giving it up. I keep wanting to have faith and like sticking it out with them, but my reselling business is actually my full-time job now and this is really hindering my sales. I think it is a waste of money when there are competitors that are under $30 and this is $15 more with the same amount of worked and constant glitchEs. And you don’t get refunded when the app decides to act up! This app has stopped sharing the items in my closet and sending out offers for almost 2 weeks now and I keep messaging customer service and it still has not been fixed. You’d think a company that doesn’t provide the service advertised and hears about it via their fb group would offer a discount or something. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2024-12-01, version 1.0.847* It used to be great as a Poshmark seller, then they made PM settings more of a background thing and moved toward wholesale lots being sold on their app. Getting to where I needed to be was a pain and you can’t just cancel or pause as you wish, you have to contact someone. I ended up cancelling and finding a new PM bot. ### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APP!!!! *2024-11-25, version 1.0.847* For the last 7 months it hasn’t worked in the slightest. The team keep claiming they’re working on it, but nothing seems to get resolved. After months of waiting for the issues to be fixed I finally asked for a refund and they said no! They pointed to some kind of policy were I’m responsible for paying to fund “research” into fixing bugs even when the app doesn’t work. I’m not an investor I’m a customer. Please save yourself the $45 and the headache. ### 2/5 — USED to work at its fullest *2024-11-18, version 1.0.847* Now? It’s an expensive closet sharer. Does not refresh Depop and or link to eBay. Unsure about Mercari, as I don’t sell there. Right now, all this $45 month app does is share your closet and refresh stale listings in Poshmark. I canceled and moved on to a MUCH cheaper version that does what it says it does. What a concept, OneShop!! Oh, and if they don’t like your comments, they delete or block you. Shady!! ### 2/5 — Buggy. Some features rarely work *2024-11-15, version 1.0.847* Would get a better rating if there weren’t so many bugs. Has potential to be really great. Unfortunately, there are many bugs. Mainly with depop. Which is very frustrating as it is my main seller. The accounting tools are nice, although the ‘email report’ bottom doesn’t work. Which means you lose all your previous analytics from the last month unless you take a picture. Customer support is typically responsive but doesn’t seem to be able to solve many problems with these bugs. There are too many to list:/ 6/10. Do not expect consistent service. When reaching out to customer service they have no sympathy or understanding. Would not recommend to new clients. I have no access at all and all my selling accounts are connected. The website login gives me error as well! Terrible experience. Looking to close my account now with the tech team. ### 1/5 — Not functional, Fake Crosslister, Poor Software, Complete Incompetence *2026-05-07, version 1.0.856* Go to Vendoo. There should be a class action. This crosslister is complete garbage. If you have high volume you need to check your listings. It says “on preferred sites” and it absolutely is NOT!! It goes through the whole process of fake listing the item and you’ll see hundreds missing. Hundreds. Customer service does not care. Horrible software. Mercari shipping hasn’t worked in over a year, repeatedly asking to fix!! eBay, Depop constantly disconnects. Ebay not functional AGAIN after 2 months of waiting. Pathetic ### 1/5 — Not worth the $45/ month *2026-03-05, version 1.0.856* The only reason to choose this crosslisting app is because it functions without a pc. If you have a desktop or laptop do not waste your money on this. Theres always a problem. ALWAYS. And the worst part is that they never communicate with you what issues are occurring. App frequently won’t work and stay connected to Depop, Mercari and sometime posh. Customer service e refuses to provide credits when their app doesn’t work. I don’t actually think it was sharing or sending offers because I was never really getting sales until I switched to a new app. Also, they constantly have issues connecting to depop specifically. other sites have issues off & on, so you basically can’t post. It’s ridiculous and they don’t do refunds or credits for those sites being down. The customer service is AWFUL, they do not have a line to speak to someone if you run into problems. You must type it all out in text messages with screenshots of every problem, which if it is multiple issues, you are texting books. They are of no help and act like you do not know how to use the app and place blame on everyone else. They also offer NO refund if the app isn’t working or down for hours/days. You can find a much cheaper app that provides excellent customer service with the same features. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend using this app/service to anyone!! ### 1/5 — This app used to be great *2025-06-26, version 1.0.847* I am still sad about the downfall of this app. They have been a bit all over the place with their direction over the years and definitely focused on things that no one wanted. But for a moment the app was working great for what it claimed to be - a cross lister and bot. I really loved it. Then it quickly went downhill and features and platforms stopped working, they were not transparent with their users, and they continued to charge the same amount while the only feature that worked were the Poshmark bots. It does a majority of the work that I don’t have the time to do . It lets you print shipping labels from multiple platforms at once, de-lists on other sites when you sell an item, does price drops for you on Poshmark, you can schedule postings for future dates, and lots of other automated features that help me boost my sales when I’m also working full time. Need to also give a major shout out to the support team. Whenever I have an issue, I can text them, and they respond super fast. Not only that, but they usually correct whatever my issue is within a few minutes. I love knowing that if something goes wrong (which is not often) I have someone to help me 24/7. Ignore bad reviews- nonsense *2023-05-19* Reading through the reviews on here is crazy, this is the best app for reselling! I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. This is the only app that gives you all of these features on mobile and computer. None of the others even come close! I’ve used it for almost 2 years and the price is well worth the return I make monthly from sales on 4 platforms. The bad reviews on here literally look to be from people that had an issue with them updating the app, TO MAKE IT BETTER! That or they took something personally on FB and just want to say something snarky to get even. So dumb. This is an amazing app, I’ve referred a lot of people to use it and none of them had any issues, just made sales! I always recommend it and tell others you’ll only wish you got it sooner!
