I’ve been working with UCH for over a year now and I continuously get a blank page every time I try to log in. I’ve reinstalled it several times thinking that might help but to no avail. I can’t use it and no one cares enough to update it. It’s a joke. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-10-16, version 1.4* The interface on this app is terrible and is hardly functional. Please do better. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-03, version 1.4* Doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Email not working *2023-11-19, version 1.4* Will not allow me to check email through this app anymore ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of improvement *2023-11-13, version 1.4* I haven’t been able to check my email from the app in 2 weeks now. It was never a problem before. Also, the time clock function doesn’t work anymore. I used to be able to clock in and out, but now it never recognizes my location even when I’m in the building. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-07-26, version 1.4* The convenience of punching in and out has not been working for a very long time on iPhones. I have been very unhappy with this app lately as I can not use this important piece. After the update, I have had nothing but difficulties, unable to clock in and out. I’ve followed the directions as directed and have updated the app when prompted. It’s frustrating because my privacy and location services are on for this app to use.
