This app does not accept telephone numbers ( cell ). Shows ! And does not allow one to submit.

New system installed at our estate however having multiple issues with enrolling face to gain access. First face enrol returned successful message however failed at gate. Attempted to enrol face again but returns repetitive failed messages. No app support within the app framework and no other way to contact the developers for assistance.
