### 5/5 — A kind approach to weight loss.

I wake up and instead of mindless morning scrolling, I go straight for this. 

I get my goal, have a look at the people I’m supporting to see how they’re getting along with theirs. And so it begins, a game of who can get their goal first!

Also a huge fan social aspect- just with the press of a button I get to stay in contact with my family and friends on a daily basis. It’s so lovely to see the love and support come in. Especially when they congratulate me if i complete my step goal.

I got my colleagues to join a group step challenge with me as they’re all wanting to lose weight too. We get pretty competitive; especially over the weekends.
