It just does not work. U can not even open the app. ### 1/5 — Please release fix! *2013-01-30* I've used this app in the past while on vacation overseas w no problem. The latest update for this app rendered the app inoperable. It cannot even finish launching before it crashes. Pls fix this ASAP! ### 1/5 — Love OneSuite but this app is crap... *2012-09-06* Seems you have to subscribe to OneSuite Advantage at ridiculously high monthly cost to use this app. Do the thugs at OneSuite not realize that VOIP capability is *not* a differentiator (skype anyone?) and should be *cheaper* because it eliminates their landline access number costs? Sheesh OneSuite. Get a grip and once you do, make VOIP access free !!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad service *2023-05-06* Took my number cut my service without notify me! Customer Service team promised fix and return the service but never done so. After six months helpless, I asked them to refund my money and said goodbye to this company. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, skip this company! ### 1/5 — App does not work *2021-12-05* International call does not work. You can hear it ring once then it went completely silent. The call was never connected but the timer on the app keep running so OneSuite will charge you those unsuccessful calls. I have contacted customer support many times for the past 2 months and they never fixed the issue. I think Apple needs to pull this app out of its App Store. ### 1/5 — The App does not work, and the customer support does not exist *2021-04-12* If there is a negative rating, OneSuite should get that. International calling using the app does not work. Sometimes it would give an error message. Other times it would ring a couple of times, and go silent. Worse yet, even though you can’t hear anything (in fact, it didn’t ring on the other side at all), the timer would start, and they would charge you. Once I didn’t push the End button, the timer just kept on running, and OneSuite charged for the duration of the active time of the app, even though I was calling their technical support on the phone at the same time. I asked for credit back, and the answer was: why didn’t you hang up? Hang up from what?! It was never connected. Talking about technical support, if you are patient enough to wait for half an hour to reach someone, all that person would tell you is he/she will forward the information on, and they will get back to you. They never do. Do not bother with this app. ### 1/5 — Not working after upgrade *2015-05-20* After May 2015 upgrade, international call to China no longer work. Domestic calls still work. Email and call customer service, no luck. Will see whether the fix can come in quick. Otherwise I am taking my business somewhere else. Too sad because I have been using them for 10 years. Being able to connect (free incoming mobile calls with a local SIM) at a great mobile-to-mobile rate meant they could talk on the phone from a remote place during the funeral ceremony. This was priceless, the callback feature worked so well, and will use again in a few weeks when I travel to Europe. Great product. Thanks! On the iPad the OneSuite screen is upside down when the iPad is held in the normal landscape position with the home button on the right. When I rotate the iPad the screen remains fixed, so a 180 degree turn is a workaround, but it's become quite aggravating after 10 years of use. Every other one of my 60 apps rotates the screen when I rotate the iPad. Please allow screen rotation . Or at the least, if you have to have a fixed screen, please rotate the initial screen position 180 degrees from where you have it now. ### 3/5 — Easy to use but buggy *2015-08-02* After the legacy one stopped working on me, I found this one and downloaded it despite it has no ratings. It has much better user interface and works great, except the "other" option keeps crashing. Till this day I've never been able to see it working. Overall I am happy with the basic dialing but I am disappointed this app could be released without having its basic setting fully verified working. ### 2/5 — Cannot log off *2015-08-23, version 2015.141.0* I can login into this apps.
