## What is OneTap Av WX?

OneTap Av WX uses present location to find all METARs and TAFs reported within a specified radius.  The radius varies from 10 to 200 nautical miles and is selectable by the user.  It's really that simple -- just one tap.

The app is handy for local flying or simply discovering reporting stations when you're at an unfamiliar airport.  The app uses the NOAA server to acquire current weather and forecasts.

### 3.3 — 2025-09-21

One Tap has been updated for a minor bug fix introduced with an update of Aviation Weather Data Server wind parameters.

### 3.1 — 2025-09-05

OneTap has been updated to the Aviation Weather Center Data API.  A recent change to the data server caused some errors -- this has be fixed in this version.

### 3.0 — 2024-07-10

OneTap Av WX is updated to access the current ADDS weather server.  The URL and a small part of the XML schema was changed.

### 2.0 — 2023-10-19

The weather server was recently updated and required an update to the app.

### 1.02 — 2022-04-03

This update includes the ability to update the METARs and TAFs views by simply using a pulldown refresh. It's no longer necessary to back up to the distance menu to update the weather.
