## What is OneTouch App?

The OneTouch Staff App helps to increase productivity and improve care delivered in the community This enables companies to easily and seamlessly communicate with staff more accurately, work schedules, updates, additional work, timesheets & many more.  

There are many benefit to using the OneTouch Staff app and some of the main feature include:

Upon arrival to job site, app can send reminder alert to clock in/out (able to program multiple locations).

At predetermined time, app can send reminder alert to clock in and out

Track hours for salary employees

Able to program different hourly rates for various locations/job sites

Able to set different shift differentials. Including day shift, evening shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays.

Change and calculate retroactive salary for entire list or selected month

 Clock widget for ease and accessibility for clock in and out

Able to toggle between jobs on the list with ease

Able to enter in vacation pay, sick pay, and holidays

Able to calculate travel expenses per day or per month

I am an iPhone user. When I open a payslip on OneTouch to go back to my dashboard or any other function it is impossible and I have to turn off my mobile phone to reopen the app again. And the app is updated.

Since using  app our care assistants have been able to not only communicate with the office more efficiently but are able submit requests. OneTouch have been brilliant from start to finish, and our teams feel very comfortable when requesting support. 
The very functional, friendly and all rounded health care app.

The app itself is a great idea, when you’re sat at a place connected to WiFi. 
It needs to improve its cache holding and to be able to work offline better. Having care workers use this app in aeroplane mode in an evening is dangerous and unsafe. If this app could hold the data enough to be used offline for a short period of time, then connect again to upload and sync, it would be much better.

The app barely works from one day to the next. As a developer I would be more inclined to improve the privacy practices. I note it hasn’t been updated presumably because they need to share their data practices at the next update. Doesn’t save login details, doesn’t offer 2 factor authentication, or Face ID and it handles the data of many vulnerable clients needing care - as a user this concerns me greatly! 

This needs to improve massively!
