I downloaded the app to make my travels easy. They will not refund or anything. I then called and was told that it was a non refundable ticket when in reality I was told I was able to a refund, they don’t even offer air credits of any sort. Horrible customer experience. I do not recommend using this to get flight bookings in the slightest. They just steal your money. 350$ dollars down the drain.
