However, she did not tell me that I would have to pay For seat selection on our flight home. Due to that fact, my fare was raised by hundreds of dollars. That was extremely disappointing! ### 4/5 — Wensite difficulty *2026-02-18, version 4.256.0* The process has neen bery agile, however, i want to add a bag but don’t understand how to do it in the website. So, i cannot do it and still need to add a non carryon bag👍 ### 1/5 — Terrible experience not as advertised *2025-12-31* Had a terrible experience with this booking company and will never use again. Have used other companies with much greater ease and Transparency in the past, but One Travel advertised car rentals in addition to my flight, so I reserved a $51 dollar car rental for 2 days in Orlando through Routes Car Rental. Upon arrival, the shuttle didn’t come for 40 min while i was on hold trying to call for it the entire time, the website advertised would not take my reservation number to call for pick up. Once we arrived the agent seemed helpful at Routes but would not budge on the price and said it would be up to One Travel to cancel the reservation I had made with my debit card. I tried to call one travel and use the chat for help but they just sent me to another number that I waited on hold once again for another 30 min, once I finally talked to an agent he put me on hold for another 45 minutes to call the rental company, finally the agent (who was very hard to understand) came back in the line to say they could not cancel the booking and would charge a fee of $75 which was more than the entire price of the original reservation, saying that the car rental company would not allow them to cancel the reservation, but the agent at Routes tried to say it was One Travel who forced us to keep the reservation or pay the fee. I’m not sure who was ultimately responsible as everyone was passing the buck, but I do know it was a terrible and incredibly misleading experience that took about 31/2 hours of our time and 3x the money we expected to pay. The shuttle service was not quick and I expect that it will be a difficult process for return as well and will require us to leave extra early, taking more time from our trip. Do it use OneTravel and expect lots of additional fees with Routes, without the additional driver it was going to be $153 total with a $500 hold so much higher than the $51 advertised as including all fees and taxes. **Developer response:** We understand that your recent experience was unsatisfactory, and we appreciate your patience. Still waiting for it. They should reimburse for not fulfilling this service that should have been done on 24hrs advance before flight. Never buy any adds on specially the supposed check in services. Have to wait to go AirPort and have it at Airline Counter ### 2/5 — Overcharging *2025-10-06* They would offer a lot of stuff this and that. Don’t get fooled. I recommend reaching out to the Airline instead they wanted to charged me 100$ just because the spacing of my name is incorrect. I called the airline and it turns out it’s really like that because of character limit! They just want more money. But it’s true prices for flights are cheap tho. Husband got ill and couldn’t make the trip. They will not refund or anything. I will absolutely never use again. ### 1/5 — Scammers big time *2026-07-30, version 4.274.0* Avoid these scammers ### 1/5 — DONT USE THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *2026-07-23* I had booked a flight on accident and was charged for it, I requested a refund and at first was told I’d be refunded my money. I then called and was told that it was a non refundable ticket when in reality I was told I was able to a refund, they don’t even offer air credits of any sort. Horrible customer experience. I do not recommend using this to get flight bookings in the slightest. They just steal your money. 350$ dollars down the drain.
