Time passed 9 and there’s no cab. When I called them, it seemed that they have been looking for a bigger SUV but not able to find. Ultimately I settled for Ertiga which is one size smaller and finally left my house at 10AM. My point is they are not proactive in communication. If I ahad to catch a flight I would have definitely missed it because of them. ### 5/5 — Best one way cab service *2026-04-20* OneWayCab has range of fleets across Country and this is one of the best cab service provider where you can get cab for intercity at one way minimum price. Cab services are amazing and they believe the time importance and travellers comforts. I would say this is the best cab service provider and you can book through their website or app quickly. I booked the cab well in advance, but the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the driver and customer support, no one answered my calls or provided any update. There was no communication regarding the delay or any alternate arrangement. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when I had to travel on time. A cab service should value its customers’ time and provide reliable support, but unfortunately this booking failed on both counts. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their punctuality and customer support. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-07-28* I booked a cab in advance and was charged upfront for the future booking. However, no cab was provided, and my advance payment was not refunded. I had a train to catch, so it was extremely difficult to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute. My initial payment did not reflect due to what appears to be a system issue on their side, which led to a duplicate charge. Even after sharing clear proof of both payments multiple times, there has been no refund or proper resolution. The lack of action, combined with repeated delays and no accountability, raises serious questions about the company’s integrity and transparency. When clear evidence of an overpayment is ignored, it undermines trust in both the payment system and the platform itself. Users are advised to be cautious when using the app for payments. ### 1/5 — Not Professional and not customer centric *2026-05-18, version 3.0.52* I booked a cab early morning for pickup at 11:55 AM. Driver was assigned at 11:50 AM, when they say that driver will be assigned 2 hours before pickup time. This is after multiple follow ups as well. Worst thing assigned driver would take 2hrs 20 mins to pickup point. Also, they said refund would be provided in 3 to 5 hrs, but it is more than 24 hrs now, still no refund has been provided. Would have given negative rating if possible. ### 1/5 — Not Trustworthy. Booked cab for 5 am pick up for my international travel. For my 5 am booking I end up calling Helpdesk from 4 am but still no one showed up. I end up paying premium for urgent private booking at wee hour and scramble to airport at last minute. They send drivers without paper work and customers have to suffer the brunt of it. By wasting hours at the police station and RTO while the driver tries to argue his way out. The cherry on the cake is their customer manager Zulfikar who without being there on the spot will argue with the customer on behalf of the driver. Believing his twisted excuse and story. And offering a refund of a petty 500/- ..... ridiculous service. Never ordering a cab from here again. But still, The driver took cash from my guest because the advance was not showing in the app. I have both the receipts and have called them multiple times but still haven’t got back the refund. Last month we booked a cab again for 5am to the airport and received a confirmation. Just one small suggestion: it would be really helpful if there was an option to book the return journey while making a one-way booking.
