It hangs at registration form without showing any error when the password doesn’t meet the criteria. Also the app crashes when I click “treatment details“.

Registration code does not work. I am a product manager in tech so this on you. There is a higher bar for medical / paid services apps than regular consumer apps. Do not publish it if it wastes people time and energy.  Disappointing.

I was expecting the app to collect some pre appointment data so that these are pre filled prior to arrival. But the app does not even show the time and details of the next appointment. All it does is send notifications every hour about how great the app is and asking to complete the patient surveys.

Downloaded the app 2 years ago and it was fine. I had another appointment today and had to complete a form on the app.

The app doesn't work anymore, nor are there any upgrade links sent to me. Clicked app support and the page doesn't render!!

So pretty poor experience.

A great little app to ease the whole process and provides useful information.  Also avoids the need to complete forms when you arrive at the hospital.

I visited OneWelbeck for a procedure and this app was extremely useful for providing information and guidance in the lead up. I was able to complete the pre-questionnaire within the app and generally found it extremely helpful as a quick reference rather than digging through emails.

This is a great app. Very informative and clear, reassuring too. Sensible to gather patient information before the procedure as it made everything run so smoothly.  Equally reassuring to know what to expect afterwards. Nice design.
