One thing I’d like to see added is something to tell me when it’s time to do a cell balance on the battery. I’ve recently discovered an issue with the watch companion app. It will occasionally stop working and the only way to get it working agin is to remove the app from the watch and reinstall it. ### 4/5 — Good app needs some improvement *2026-08-08, version 2.6.89* The app works very well but it won’t load achievements and occasionally won’t load the leader board. It’s annoying that this app needs to ask you to buy more of its products when you already own one. But the quality of the app is so, so bad. I can’t connect or control my bike from it anymore, it thinks I have a one wheel. The ui is so bad. I know you guys didn’t focus on it or have it to a dev shop overseas. But this app is not what you would expect from a company based in California. Please do something. The customization is great, for me I ride mostly in Highline but with brake aggressiveness all the way up want to make sure I can emergency brake fast works great. Apex has torque going up a trail the small bumps it just spins full send in the air sketchy but goes up. Incline I haven’t messed with but I like the option, gone up steep hills but highline is fine for me Flow is more flowy I haven’t road in a city setting but can see flow being chill for areas like the beach or a city like Sacramento, empty college campus Roam that’s my battery saver setting want to stretch that battery until you get where to want to ride it’s smooth sailing ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-12-27, version 2.6.81* Please fix your app I’ve created like 6 accounts just trying to log in on the app, when I finally went to the website to log in there I created a fresh account with my email. But when I put in the email and password to login on the app, I click login, it loads for a second, and nothing happens. Then I clicked on forgot password to try and fix it but then it said my email was invalid even though it had worked on the website. Sometimes it lags to load custom shaping. It also delivers spam notifications, which is in direct violation of app development guidelines. ### 1/5 — I was hospitalised from an accident from this board failure *2026-06-27, version 2.6.89* I was going along 35kph and this board just stopped working stopped self levelling which in turn threw me into the road. I require hospitalisation and surgery. Be very careful with this board. It is dangerous. Onewheel were not helpful. Started with the Pint. Then went to the PintX and loved both. Then wanted speed and same range plus a bit more stability so I went for the GTS. My favorite to this day. I ride it before work, during lunch breaks and after work during twilight. I still have all three OW’s and can’t seem to let any of them go. I probably won’t ever ride the Pint again since I still have the PintX but it still has a place in my heart for introducing me to the FM life! It’s hard to use the awesome features for speed and torque head room while riding. A live activity on the Lock Screen that shows these things would be ideal. That way I don’t have to go through the hassle of unlocking my phone to get this data when I am trying to pace my self or climb.
