Inefficient and ineffective. Sometimes I’m not even able to properly respond to clients due to the setup of the app.

Takes forever to load dialogues. Much easier  just to use the browser on phone. Please fix how extremely SLOW everything is in the app.

Horrible in reference to HISD transportation. Asked question gave more than 2 business days still no answer. Am so tired of downloading these Apps waisting my time. So disappointed. You’d probably get a quicker answer by hollering out the window and hoping someone hears you.
