## What is OnGrade Pre?

OnGrade Pre-Start System is the complete daily safety and site management app built for construction and earthworks crews.

Designed by On Grade Earthworks, this app streamlines your daily pre-start safety checks, dayworks dockets, and operator timesheets — all from your iPhone.

KEY FEATURES:

• Pre-Start Safety Checklists — Complete machine and site safety checks before every shift. Record operator details, equipment condition, hazards, PPE compliance, and more. Sign and submit directly from your phone.

• Daily Dockets — Record daily site activities, operator hours, machine hours, and work descriptions. Get supervisor sign-off on the spot or send for remote approval.

• Timesheets — Automatically track operator hours from daily dockets. Review and submit weekly timesheets to your administrator with a single tap.

• Defect Reporting — Flag equipment defects during pre-starts. Defects are tracked and remain active until cleared by an administrator, keeping your fleet safe and compliant.

• Email Distribution — Send completed pre-starts, dockets, and timesheets directly to supervisors, administrators, and clients from within the app.

• Offline-Ready — All data is stored securely on your device. No internet connection required on the job site.

Built for Australian construction and earthworks businesses that need a simple, reliable way to stay safe and compliant every day.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.11 — 2026-07-06

Timesheet Integration
Completing and emailing a daily docket now automatically creates a timesheet entry for each operator — operator name, site, project, start/finish times, and break are all pre-filled from the docket. No double entry required.
Timesheet Improvements
Added an Unpaid Break deduction field to timesheet entries. Added an Unbillable Hours section for recording time not captured on a docket (yard maintenance, travel, breakdowns, etc.). Removed the Allowances section to simplify the form.
Monday Reminder Notification
The app sends a push notification at 6:00 PM every Monday reminding operators to review and submit their timesheet for the week.
Pre-Start Status Tracking
Pre-start records on the home screen now show three clear statuses — Pending (orange), Attached to Docket (blue), and Sent to Admin (green) — so you can see at a glance what's been actioned.
Docket Workflow Streamlined
Removed the Extras/Variations step from the docket workflow. The workflow is now 5 steps instead of 6. The attendance screen Next button correctly reads "Next: Sign Off".
Required Field Validation
The pre-start and docket attendance screens now prompt operators with a clear alert if start or finish times are missing before they can proceed.
Navigation Improvements
After sending a pre-start to admin, attaching it to a docket, or emailing a completed docket, the app now returns directly to the home screen instead of back to the previous menu.
Docket to Timesheet Link
Operators and jobs selected in the pre-start are automatically carried through to the daily docket, and from the docket through to the timesheet — eliminating repeated data entry across the workflow.
