I ordered online and the website said that orders can shipped in 3-4 days. However, I have been waiting for 12 days my orders. Nobody answer me and I will warn all my friends

I ordered produce from the app because i had a school credit. The delivery was quick, but i ordered watermelon and sweet potato among other fresh produce and most of them were rotten from the inside.
