## What is OnHandly?

Inventory work happens at the shelf. OnHandly gives your team a fast, dependable way to record it there—without waiting to get back to a spreadsheet.

Scan a barcode or search the catalog to receive stock, record usage, and transfer items between locations. Every accepted movement updates the shared workspace, so the people working on the floor and the people reviewing inventory on the web see the same picture.

COUNT WITH CONFIDENCE

Create focused cycle counts, scan or enter quantities, and review variances before they become purchasing problems. OnHandly preserves a clear record of what changed, when it changed, and who recorded it.

KEEP PARTS CONNECTED

Track each part number, barcode, location, quantity, and cost separately. When a manufacturer replaces a part number, link the superseded and replacement items so your team can find and use remaining stock without losing the identity or history of either item.

WORK WHERE THE INVENTORY IS

• Scan UPC, EAN, and Code 128 barcodes with the iPhone camera
• Attach an existing barcode to the correct catalog item

OnHandly connects to your organization’s secure cloud workspace. Owners and administrators manage the catalog, locations, replacement-part relationships, reporting, and plan on the web while team members handle day-to-day inventory from iPhone.

An OnHandly organization account is required. Solo is available as an auto-renewing subscription purchased in the app: $29.99 per month or $289.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings. Team and Pro are organization plans administered on the web.
