Although the signal strength remains good and the network mode shows LTE, the internet connection is often unstable. Moreover, 5G is not appearing on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I contacted customer support, and they advised me to change the internet settings. However, despite making the recommended changes, there has been no significant improvement. ### 3/5 — Visually looks good but does not load, poor performance *2026-08-15* Update: app started working after performing biometrics. Instead of displaying loading blank screen after OTP verification they should probably give message to user properly! ————- Had bad performance, I signed up and paid for package. Just after payment was successful App keeps displaying loading gif loader, tried logging in 18 times with high speed 5G internet and app keeps loading after entering email OTP.
