### 2/5 — Too many glitches

*2025-07-28*

The app as a concept seems great, but it’s too difficult to navigate with all of the glitches. The app constantly says it has ran into a error and makes me refresh the app but it stays the same? I place a event to repeat every day and it repeats every day BUT the day I originally set it to? Things take 30 minutes to show up in the schedule, even after closing the app, and the bot just doesn’t do what is supposed to do. Never the less I think the app has potential to be great, it just needs some love.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback, and you’re absolutely right. None of these issues should be happening, and we’re sorry for the frustrating experience.

The glitches you’ve described; repeat events skipping the original day, delays in updates showing in your schedule, error messages that don’t resolve, and the assistant not working as expected, are not the experience we want anyone to have.

If you’re open to it, we’d love the chance to dig into the issues with you directly so we can get them resolved faster. You can reach our team anytime at help@on.life.

We really appreciate your note about the app’s potential, we’re working hard to make sure it lives up to it. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

### 3/5 — Good But Needs A lot Of Improvement

*2025-05-08*

It is a very helpful app and a very good concept but when you actually try to use it functionally, it keeps crashing and glitching out, for example, when I asked the AI assistant something, it gives a good result But when I click to expand on the result, the app glitches out, for another example, when I was setting up the app and it asked me to connect my maps I did that and got in, but once I was in, it asked me another question about the maps, and I clicked an answer and then it crashed. Also, I recommend adding another way to incorporate your Apple emails and information because when you do so it asks for your Apple ID and password, and some people might think that that is very unsecure because they might not trust in putting it into an app that they have not used before. I will definitely keep checking in on this app and seeing if there is any new improvements made I think it is a very good concept, but the functionality is not there yet.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your thoughtful review and for giving Onlife a go, we really appreciate it.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve run into glitches with the AI assistant and map setup. That’s definitely not the experience we want you (or anyone) to have. We’re actively working to improve stability and squash bugs like the ones you mentioned, so your feedback really helps guide that effort.

On the Apple login concern: totally understandable. Just to clarify, we never see or store your Apple ID or password, any login like that is handled securely through Apple’s system. But we know trust is earned, and we’ll continue making that process clearer and more reassuring.

If you’re open to it, we’d love to dig into those issues more directly, feel free to email us at help@on.life so we can take a closer look and get things working better for you.

Thanks again for the support, we’re working hard to level up the experience, and we hope to win you over as the app improves!

### 3/5 — Looking good.

*2025-04-22, version 1.3.8*

I like the interface and has lots of potential. Is there going to be a widget available, as I do like to see my day without having to open the app all the time. Otherwise 👍

### 3/5 — nice start

*2025-02-04*

I love to see where this app is going, but it looks like in some updates. Mainly , their search function does not work for me. Every time that I try to search, it just says to refresh or try again.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your support and for sticking with us! We’re excited that you see the potential in Onlife.

We appreciate you flagging the issue with search—this isn’t the experience we want for our users. Our team is actively working on improving the search function, and we’re rolling out updates to make it more reliable. In the meantime, try refreshing your app or checking for updates, and if the issue persists, feel free to reach out via help@on.life so we can take a closer look.

Your feedback helps us build a better Onlife—stay tuned for improvements!

### 2/5 — What’s the point

*2025-01-10*

What is the point of the app if I hit navigate and you take me to Apple Maps Google maps or Waze?

**Developer response:** Great question! Onlife isn’t just about navigation - it’s about optimizing your entire day. The app helps you plan, organize, and adapt your schedule in real time, factoring in travel, calendar conflicts, and even new discoveries along the way.

While we currently rely on Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze for turn-by-turn directions, our focus is on the bigger picture - helping you find the best time and place for everything you need to do. Navigation is just one part of the journey!

We’re constantly improving, and we’d love to hear what would make Onlife more useful for you. Thanks for checking us out!

### 2/5 — It’s a bit much for a professional

*2024-12-29*

I’ve been trying out the Onlife Map app and have mixed feelings. On the positive side, the integration with Apple and Office 365 is seamless, making it easy to sync my existing events and tasks. However, the app feels noticeably slower compared to a basic calendar app like the native iPhone/Mac Calendar.

While I understand it’s still in beta, for someone who uses simple tools like Apple Calendar and Reminders, Onlife Map feels like it’s trying to overcomplicate things. The additional features might appeal to power users, but for day-to-day scheduling, the performance issues and complexity hold it back. Looking forward to future updates that might streamline the experience!

### 2/5 — not working

*2024-12-26, version 1.3.3*

every time i go into the app, it says “lets bring your life to the map” and the button is so low down that i cant even press it, making the app unusable. otherwise its a really great concept and i cant wait for it to get finished!!

### 3/5 — Forcing me to do stuff

*2024-12-24*

This app seems pretty cool but it’s forcing me to do a bunch of stuff. First it asks me to add my address which is fine. Then it forces me to add a work address (which I don’t have) then once you’re done with that it will force you to give them access to one of your calendars (iCloud, outlook, gmail) and there’s no way to skip it. I’d rather not be forced to do a bunch of stuff just to use an app.

**Developer response:** We appreciate you giving Onlife a try! The reason we ask for a home and work address during setup is that Onlife uses these key locations to help optimize your schedule, suggest better routes, and save you time throughout the day.

Similarly, connecting a calendar is essential for Onlife to function as intended, as it helps organize your events, prevent conflicts, and adapt your schedule in real time. We understand that mandatory setup steps aren’t for everyone, and we’ll continue refining the experience to make onboarding as seamless as possible.

Thanks for your feedback - we hope you’ll give Onlife another shot!

### 2/5 — Appreciate this is a beta but…

*2024-12-20, version 1.3.3*

Unable to get past app specific password for apple. Screen locks up if you follow the link supplied after getting ASP. Getting the ASP directly from apple account is not accepted and unable to get out as screen locks up so stuck. Without giving access to mail account nothing else works.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2024-10-22*

This app is so helpful for finding availability in your busy schedule. The feature connected to the maps is very helpful for efficient planning and takes out the extra steps. Can not wait to see this app continue to grow and develop new features connecting ai to the real world!

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for the kind words. Your support is genuinely appreciated. We're looking forward to bringing loads more features very soon!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Battery drainer

*2025-10-27*

This app drains my battery I tried it twice and the same thing happened my battery goes down really fast with this app. Please fix...

### 1/5 — Great idea

*2025-04-27, version 1.3.8*

However this is a test project because it was freezing up my iPhone.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money

*2025-03-28*

This app is horrible. Navigation works terribly - this app is great marketing advertising, but it’s all false. None of the features actually work properly or look the way it does.

**Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear that Onlife didn’t meet your expectations. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver. While the app has come a long way, we know there’s always room for improvement, especially with something as ambitious as rethinking how people plan and navigate their day.

It sounds like a few things didn’t work as intended, and we’d love to understand more so we can make it better. If you’re open to it, please reach out to help@on.life or jump into the app again soon, as we’re continuously rolling out improvements and updates.

Thanks for giving us a try. We hope we get the chance to show you what Onlife can really do.

### 1/5 — I can't even log in

*2025-03-25, version 1.3.6*

After first opening the app, I can't open it anymore. It just stuck on the startup page.

### 1/5 — Do not bother

*2025-01-29, version 1.3.4*

Super slow and asks you for your personal info before you can actually check the app.
I have 6 months trial but uninstalled it in the 5 mins. I don’t find it practical.
Don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Insanely terrible app

*2025-01-29, version 1.3.4*

Unbelievable how bad this experience was. Not sure what you the developers are trying to make... and I saw the ad and clicked, but the actually app is a garbage dump. Just a dumpster fire. Watch 10 people try to install and set up and use your app; you'll immediately see how terrible it is. It's also slow and terribly optimized. I believe in the concept, but this made me not believe.

### 1/5 — Slow and Expensive

*2025-01-18, version 1.3.3*

I thought I’d give this a go, I thought it would be really good. You have to appreciate it’s just a beta…which then blew my mind they were charging for it. It’s not cheap either. If we’re beta testers and using the app and providing feedback then it’s not something I’m willing to pay for.

I may revisit when it’s a polished product but at the moment it feels very slow and clunky!

Im not used to apps being outside of TestFlight in Beta.

### 1/5 — Seriously Garbage

*2024-12-31*

This app is insanely garbage. I can’t even get the app to work, and literally a DAY after giving it access to my gmail, I saw it was trying to gain access to my connected crypto accounts. do not give this app access to anything.

**Developer response:** We take security and user trust extremely seriously, and we want to clarify that Onlife does not and will never attempt to access any crypto accounts. Our app is designed to help organize your schedule and optimize your day - it has zero connection to financial accounts of any kind.

If you’re experiencing issues with the app, we’d love to help! Feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot any problems.

We appreciate you trying Onlife and hope you’ll give it another shot!

### 1/5 — Permissions

*2024-12-25, version 1.3.3*

This app insists on connecting your personal data before revealing any information about its functionality. This behavior is quite suspicious, and I don’t believe this app is innocent. Good luck.

### 1/5 — Not so sure about this app

*2024-12-19*

🚩The app’s launch experience is disappointing. There’s no walkthrough or option to explore the app without creating an account. Additionally, it forces users to provide excessive permissions, including home and work addresses, and requires connections to other accounts/apps. There’s no way to use the app without granting these permissions, which raises serious concerns. This approach feels like an attempt to collect and potentially sell user data—an immediate red flag.

**Developer response:** Sorry you had a negative experience. Given the nature of what the app is offering, it's important that we create an account from you from the outset so you can connect your calendars and "try it out". There is a function to delete your account if you don't enjoy the app, so we hope you'll give it a try soon.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Absolute game-changer for staying on top of life!

*2025-08-08, version 1.4.6*

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app honestly deserves it. The notifications are life saving! I used to miss so many events because they’d get buried in my calendar, but now I get timely reminders that pop up exactly when I need them 🙏

It’s like having a super-organised personal assistant in my pocket. I also love the ‘tone of voice’ used, which is super friendly and casual.

The way it surfaces events I’d usually overlook has seriously changed how I manage my day. If you’ve ever missed a meeting or forgot a friend’s birthday, this app will be your new best friend. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Onlife is the future

*2025-07-30*

Truly a wonderful app. Everything about it has been tweaked and changed to feel seamless and smooth for every user. The developing team is super bought into the reviews and experiences from users, as I myself have experienced on a firsthand basis.
Before I had this app, I was having to manually add individual events to my calendar. Simple things such as fraternity meetings that would occur at the same time weekly. If I got behind and didn’t add something to my calendar, I would miss it. Simple as that.
With Leslie’s help and the structure of Onlife, it’s next to impossible for me to forget anything. It’s much faster to add events and even smarter than Apple’s Calendar as you can ask Leslie advanced questions such as ‘When’s a 3 hour block I can use for free time today?’ It’s everything Apple wanted in their AI Siri but even better.
If you have a changing schedule with different events every day of the week like I do, I highly recommend downloading this and subscribing. You’ll get your $100 out of this app in just a few days. Thanks again to the Onlife team for their incredible work over the last year on this app

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this incredible review, it genuinely means a lot to our whole team. We’ve been building Onlife with people like you in mind: those juggling a dynamic schedule who need something smarter and more intuitive than what’s out there. Hearing that Leslie’s helped you stay on top of things (and even outsmarted Siri 👀) makes our day.

We’re so glad you’ve felt the impact, and your support helps us keep improving. Thanks again for being part of the journey! 🚀

### 5/5 — Great life planner

*2025-07-28, version 1.4.5*

Great app to visualise your day to day life and make tweaks to your journeys and schedules. Hoping it comes with more live travel integration but it’s a great tool to use!

### 5/5 — Great system

*2025-07-24, version 1.4.5*

For now they don’t often lifetime subscription but knowing how long it takes to get to my different tasks either by car or other method is brilliant it makes planning a lot easier

### 5/5 — A Personal Secretary In Your Pocket
