I tried another phone (iphone) and still the same problem. It is great easy synch, but mobile app is important when i am at work... please try to fix this bug. ### 2/5 — User *2014-12-24* This app is unwieldy and laborious. It is not a learning app (compare igaslog). Inputting data is laborious. Default should be automatic save. Data is easily lost if yhe save button is not pressed. Insufficient specialty headings, eg no ECT or endoscopy. These are filed under miscellaneous. There are no means to add any Insufficient procedure headings and no means to add any. No space for patient identifier. I have not tried to audit any data. Best of very bad lot. ### 2/5 — Clunky, disappointing *2012-06-23* Not overwhelmed by this program, especially seeing as it is sanctioned by RCOA. To make it able to 'instantly create RCOA reports' the format is very restrictive. It is clunky and slow to use, with very little ability to capture other information that you might want, like grade of laryngoscopy, whether you did the intubation or your supervisor. You have to be online to view or add to your log, which seems utterly ludicrous, and I have had an entire day's worth of logged cases just disappear off the supposedly reliable server-based database. All in all, I definitely would not recommend this program, though to be fair, I have heard colleagues say similar things about other Case Log books. It may be that there are no good ones. ### 2/5 — Unfortunately needs Internet access *2011-01-14, version 1.04* This app will not work without an Internet connection. Without online access you cannot enter any data, which severely limits the apps usefulness. Entered a test case - but then unable to view case. App crashed as I switched to obstetric mode. Rebooted, entered my general case again, same result. Maybe with a bit more refinement this will get better, until then one star only I am afraid. ### 2/5 — Really poor support *2023-05-15, version 3.0.5* I have been struggling for several months now to print out my cases. I have sent many emails to get help, but I have been ignored. I am trying to stop wasting my money and unsubscribe, but I don’t know how to print and save my cases. I am really disappointed!! Tried it and now this is a superb app! Great for OR cases, wonderful for interventional pain cases, just wonderful app. Highly recommend! Excellent for appraisal documentation. The new update is an improvement with suggested common operations.
