App not working
I have enjoyed using GoLetters and have made some good penpal connections through the app. However, I have been unable to access the app since 23 May 2026 on my iPhone or iPad. Each time I open the app, I receive the message “Oops!! Something went wrong. Please try again later”. Another user I know has experienced the same problem. I have contacted support by email and instagram but have not received a response. I hope the problem is resolved soon but at the moment the app appears to be unavailable.
