I assume the 5 star ratings are all landlords who are thrilled that they can spend even less time doing their jobs because the AI just closes and merges tickets. It also mislabels tickets and provides inaccurate summaries. And guess what? If you mention that something is not up to code then the AI just deletes that part. We wouldn’t want an electronic trail of tenants knowing their rights and expressing them, would we?
