At payment applied the voucher successfully but then had to go back because I made mistake with number of goods. When I went back to add the FIRST250 voucher it did not work. Had to Cancelled the purchase . So annoying ### 1/5 — Stealing my voucher *2022-02-10, version 9.0* Try to pay with my credit card on the app, I also used a voucher of R250 on this transaction. The payment was declined because I made an error on my credit card number, but instead of giving me an option to redo payment, Zando cancels my order without refunding my voucher. So now I can’t use my R250 voucher, because Zando fraudulently claimed it on a transaction that was not successful. Do not buy from them. The quality of their products is very bad and when you try to return something, their drivers come to fetch your item, but they do not refund you. I returned a pair of boots because the quality was terrible and they were not cheap. The courier collected the item over a week ago, and Zando are acting as if they have not collected.
