The payment was declined because I made an error on my credit card number, but instead of giving me an option to redo payment, Zando cancels my order without refunding my voucher. So now I can’t use my R250 voucher, because Zando fraudulently claimed it on a transaction that was not successful. Just another confirmation of why Superbalist is a million times better and more sophisticated, and why Zando will probably end up bust soon. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2020-02-16, version 5.5.1* Totally unreliable company when it comes to meeting on time deliveries, and even worse when trying to get feedback from customer service. ### 1/5 — Unhappy *2020-02-01, version 5.5.1* Poes kak application. Always crashing ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY - DON’T BUY FROM ZANDO! *2018-05-14, version 1.18* STAY AWAY FROM ZANDO! Firstly, this app is pathetic! Full of glitches! Zando don’t seem to care. Do not buy from them. The quality of their products is very bad and when you try to return something, their drivers come to fetch your item, but they do not refund you. I returned a pair of boots because the quality was terrible and they were not cheap. The courier collected the item over a week ago, and Zando are acting as if they have not collected. They are SCAMMING PEOPLE! ### 1/5 — Nothing loads *2017-07-18, version 1.13.0* Latest version is completely broken. At payment applied the voucher successfully but then had to go back because I made mistake with number of goods. When I went back to add the FIRST250 voucher it did not work. Had to Cancelled the purchase . So annoying ### 2/5 — 'No products found' *2016-11-15, version 1.6.1* Searching for a product reveals accurate suggestions but selecting one produces 'no products found'.
