Currently app is is non working stage due to dispute between app developer/hoster and kwsb. Such a pitty that kwsb cannot even build an app on their own.

This release v1.3.8 which was published recently has tons of bugs. its unable to retrieve customers info from cell number. Complaint system has no options to select and file complaint. The developer needs to do a better job in development and testing the app before publishing it on the app store. this is a Useless app at this point.

I have tried to order tanker through this app a several times and on different timings, every time I get this automated reply of water limit exceeded today try tomorrow after 8 am. Even at 7 am it says the same thing. I don’t know how reliable this is .

Since last Ramadan when ever I Request for tanker. Tanker never delivered but I always received message on tanker dispatch with all the details and driver number 
When I called driver the number was off or driver was somewhere outside town
When I complained they told me that your tanker has delivered but where or who received they have no answer 
Today I request again and see what happened this time

One cannot fault ease of ordering water whenever required and the follow up once it is delivered is probably the first in Pakistan - the after sales service
