I tried to log in with my account but it says input error. I tried the forget password option, it says email has not been registered. Then I tried to register with this email address, it doesn’t allow me since it’s already registered. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2018-07-26, version 1.1.2* Set up an account, registration was confirmed and I had the 2 free plays in the window as I was now under my account. Looked around a bit and closed it out. Came back later, tried to sign in and it said my email and password are invalid. Tried my user name. Invalid. Tried “forgot password” option (even though I did not forget and tried it 5 times), entered my email, and it said that email is invalid. Then figured I would try registering again. Entered the same email that previously said was invalid, and it said that email was already in use!!! Oh and I couldn’t even understand the error messages because they’re in Japanese even though everything else within the sign up process is in English! Now I know why there are no reviews... because nobody can play! Terrible. ### 1/5 — Language *2018-02-09, version 1.1.2* How am I suppose to play? The app is not in English ### 1/5 — Player *2017-09-18* I thought players should have right to control the crane "left" "right" "forward" and "backward" and press "catch" when we are ready. The app was desired only to allow users to press "1" (right) and "2" (forward) and then the crane drops automatically. If the developer doesn't improve this, I would not recommend anyone to play. Really..? *2024-01-06* Pros: 1 - free shipping ticket every 8000 yen 2 - anime figures galore Cons: 1 - very few plushies or “kawaii” things, very little non-anime stuff, and nothing particularly unique 2 - except… ugh. NFTs. Like… really? In the year of our lord two thousand and twenty four? Bottom line: Here’s some free financial advice: spend your money gambling for waifus in your favorite gacha game rather than waste it on magical crypto jpgs. As far as I know, NFTs don’t incorporate jiggle physics. I have had to make multiple new accounts to play because for some reason Netch can’t fix the problem. Even with being given all my account info? That is when customer service decides to respond. This time the app has been down for me for over two weeks!! I have multiple prizes not yet shipped and credits not used which I assume are lost to me forever. Thousands of dollars put into game over a year , Being a Netch cheerleader on You Tube, at least three emails sent about current problem and silence from customer service! NOT COOL, Netch!!
