So annoyed at having to review this 1⭐️. However, I purchased Premium for one month and got a reminder that it was due to run out, so before it ran out, I bought a 3 month premium subscription and it hasn’t taken effect. I’ve been charged, the money taken from my bank account and I have an invoice from Apple Pay confirming the transaction was completed.
It’s been almost two weeks since I paid for it and despite having informed them multiple times through the in app function and emails, I’ve yet to even here back from them, never mind fix the issue. I can understand that mistakes happen and developers can be really busy, but to not even inform the customer that they have received the complaint/issue, is pretty shocking.
I’m not holding my breath that it’ll be fixed any time soon, if at all!
Its a shame, I would’ve given it a good review, as I really enjoy it, but I can’t recommend the game, but if you do get it, steer well clear of the subscription service!!!
