## What is Only One Sit?

The "Once-a-Day Sit-ups App" is an app that makes it easy to start doing sit-ups every day. All you have to do is open the app and do one sit-up in front of your chest. That's it! Even if you are not good at exercising, you can clear your daily goal with just one sit-up. The app will cheer you on as you do sit-ups, so you will be motivated to keep going. Of course, you can do more than 1 sit-up, and you will be able to feel your progress as you accumulate more and more records!
You can also share your abdominal muscle records to social networking sites!
There is also a data backup and import function in case of device replacement or any other eventuality.
