### 4/5 — Decent bottle tracking app

*2026-07-05, version 3.11.10*

Been using app for a few months. Great to catalog your collection and many features to add more details for each bottle. Dont recommend elite membership. Had elite for last three months and only benefit seemed the free drawing entry. Nothing about new releases or elite level only content.

### 4/5 — Overall decent

*2026-06-26, version 3.11.10*

Works well with typical stuff. Doesn’t work on Binny’s special edition wines. Thousands of bottles produced and distributed but it won’t find them.

### 2/5 — Can’t identify bottles

*2026-05-27, version 3.11.9*

I tried entering my collection. Unfortunately, it would only let me scan bar codes and not enter manually. Well, a good 1/3 of my collection does not even have bar codes. The ones that do, on half of them show up correctly in the list of options.

Maybe this app works if you have bought your collection from mid-tier shelves over the last 3 years (which is where I started). But my collections is hundreds in size, spans bottles over the last decade and includes many special releases just not identifiable from the app.

It became painful and useless quick.

### 3/5 — Good for keeping track of your collection, but needs work

*2026-03-04, version 3.11.3*

I like how you can keep track of your whiskey and some other liquors in your collection. However, they need to do something with the duplicate entries. Either break down each entry by year (because one year’s whiskey may taste different than the other) or merge duplicates in to one entry. Also, they need to fix the Rarities of each whiskey. Like the duplicates, one can say it’s Rare while the other can say it’s Uncommon. Finally, the trade values need to be fixed.

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2026-02-23, version 3.11.3*

Opening the scanner crashes the app

### 4/5 — Absolutely amazing app

*2026-02-22, version 3.11.3*

This app does wonders for tracking my selection. The only thing I wish is that it had a review are that had a scale to rate a bottle and a profile wheel. I’m trying to find the best app for tasting, if this app had that, I would delete all others.

Edit: using the tags is great for adding tasting notes. The infinity bottle area could use some features. For example, being able to add the mashbill for each addition would be great so that you can track its contents even better.

### 4/5 — 1 Bottle A Month…

*2026-02-12, version 3.11.2*

Great concept… but the raffle feels like a black box

I really like the idea behind OnlyDrams and I’ve enjoyed being a member — the product and concept are solid, and it’s a fun way to stay connected to the whisky community.

That said, the monthly bottle draw is starting to feel a little frustrating.

They only draw one bottle per month, but there’s no transparency around how many members are in the pool. Is it 200 people? 2,000? Nobody really knows. Without that info, it’s hard to feel like there’s even a realistic chance of winning.

Even a simple list of winners each month (first name + last initial, or member number) would go a long way. Just something that shows the draws are real and lets members feel like it’s actually happening.

I also think they could improve engagement by adding a few more bottles each month — even 4–5 “middle of the road” bottles would help keep things exciting. Right now it feels like a long-shot lottery. If members felt like they had a real chance, I honestly think people would be more likely to stay subscribed — or even upgrade to a higher tier.

Overall: good idea, but the monthly draw needs more transparency and better odds to keep members invested.

### 5/5 — Good dram

*2026-02-03, version 3.11.1*

Good gam

### 3/5 — One of the better apps with a few opportunities

*2026-01-28, version 3.11.1*

I’d like to see the ability to completely delete a bottle in your collection that was accidentally added/deleted. You’re able to change the reason for deletion but not add it back to your collection. It bothers my OCD enough to consider switching apps.

### 3/5 — Manual entry

*2026-01-11, version 3.10.3*

The option needed most is to add a bottle manually because many scans only offer limited batches and the inability to choose the correct one or edit one is such a massive oversight

### 5/5 — Yeah

*2026-01-11, version 3.10.3*

Great stuff

### 3/5 — Sell outs

*2026-01-09, version 3.10.3*

I have to pay to have a consumed history now. Let me know if I’m mistaken but yall have lost a fan if so. I gave feedback that came to fruition and now I have to pay for what I requested. HA y’all are GREEDY

### 5/5 — Love it.

*2026-01-05, version 3.10.3*

Sweet app. Helps keep track of your whiskeys and how much is in them.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — “0” for three

*2026-08-04, version 3.11.10*

The first time I used the app I scanned three different UPC labels with my iPhone 17, and the app went “0” for three. One was a generic Macallan Single Malt, the next was Aberlour A’Bunadh Alba, last was a Lochlea Batch 2 Single Malt. Glad it was free.

### 1/5 — Only for the lottery

*2026-06-06, version 3.11.9*

The bottle scanner doesn’t work, most of my whiskies aren’t in their database, and there’s not really anything else I can do with this. This app gets a lot of buzz, but at the end of the day it’s just a bottle lottery app and the chances of ever winning are basically zero. There are far better whiskey apps and sites out there

### 1/5 — Scan feature hardly works

*2026-04-19, version 3.11.6*

90% of my bourbon wasn’t listed, most of which is larger brand name distillers

### 1/5 — Are you kidding me?

*2026-03-18, version 3.11.3*

You have to agree to subscribe to even see what the app does? Oh, the first week is ‘free’ as long as you subscribe and don’t forget to turn it off. There’s no way of seeing anything in the APP. Goodbye.

### 1/5 — Horrible spirit app and development team

*2026-03-01, version 3.11.3*

The features did not work well everything is clunky. You are better off trying another app.

Also, this developer is scamming it users and says it’s giving away bottles but it’s not . Also, they sneakily were making me pay for two separate memberships at the same time, and after I tried to contact her help, I was ghosted by the only drums team with no further communication. They stole about $150 for me.

Hopefully this helps someone

### 1/5 — Review Process is Slow, Bottle Management UI is poor.

*2026-02-10, version 3.11.2*

This app was just “overhauled” per their support email, but their rarity gauge tool needs a better explanation system. In no shape or form is Eagle Rare “Common”. Adding a bottle also takes weeks and will get bounced with any info. Multiples of each bottles are added which throttles uniformity. They also don’t review rarity change requests because I don’t believe they can actually change it once the algo posts the bottle.

### 1/5 — Insulted by the premium

*2026-01-31, version 3.11.1*

$50 a year for premium. That’s obscene. An app takes 1 person plus a vietemese virtual assistant and ChatGPT. I’m sick of it all. Enjoy the day you sell it to private equity.

### 1/5 — Scanned 6 bottles, it got two wrong

*2025-10-18, version 3.10.1*

Don't bother with this. I was excited to scan my entire collection of about 200 bottles. After scanning just the first 6 it got two wrong and there's no way to edit the name once it's scanned so the app is useless. It said my Dalmore Luceo is a Fortuna and it said my Glenmorangie Quinta Ruben 12 year old is a 14 year old. Wouldn't be a problem if you could edit but you can't. Trash app that would probably work if your collection is the same Makers/JD/BuffaloTrace/Beam as every other tater but for anyone with an actual whiskey/whisky collection this is unsat.

### 1/5 — Update is rushed

*2025-10-18, version 3.10.1*

Used the app for a while and loved it for maintaining my collection and ideas for new bottles. Adding other liquors is a fine idea but the filter function doesn’t work at all. I mean at all. I filter out tequila? It shows me tequila. I search by rarity? Doesn’t work at all. Wish this was fixed because I loved the app to manage my collection

### 1/5 — Better off with a spreadsheet

*2025-10-01, version 3.9.11*

The app is slow and frequently unresponsive. Searching and filtering is unreliable. Only redeeming qualities are bar code scan (which is still hit or miss) and secondary pricing estimates are pretty accurate.

Maybe the paid version is better but I’m not really convinced to pay given my experience.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Bourbon Collector App

*2026-08-02, version 3.11.10*

Great app to keep track of all my bottles

### 5/5 — Great on many levels….

*2026-07-28, version 3.11.10*

Love this app. Can track what’s behind my bar and do research as well. Also nice to check MSRP while at the stores. Fun to connect with friends and see what is behind their bar. Cheers!

### 5/5 — Best in Breed to Maintain your Sprits Inventory

*2026-07-17, version 3.11.10*

This is the best in a large bunch of apps used to store and categorize your spirts collection. I tried several before settling on OnlyDrams. It meets 95% of my needs for bottle inventory, management, MSRP reference pricing info and reviews. I have been using this for about 18 months now and I am very satisfied with it. Would highly recommend to novice and experience spirts collectors.

### 5/5 — Best Bourbon Tracker

*2026-07-10, version 3.11.10*

Looked through other apps and they were not reliable and had major glitches. Only Drams has worked flawlessly. When I did have an issue I sent a message to them and they got back to me quickly. Fault was self produced. Love having my collection at my finger tips and also being able to see prices when I’m deciding to buy a bottle. Easy to navigate and it is the most used app I have on my phone

### 5/5 — Best Whiskey Tracking App Ever!

*2026-06-30, version 3.11.10*

Hands down the best whiskey related app!

### 5/5 — OnlyDrams Review

*2026-05-09, version 3.11.7*

This is by far my favorite app. The ease of which to use this for the bourbon lover is amazing. It organizes and does everything for you. All you need to do is just scan. I love the search capabilities if you want to research something from a flavor profile as well. Truly amazing.

### 5/5 — Doesn’t work anymore

*2026-04-19, version 3.11.6*

Since the big update, the bottle scanner doesn’t recognize any bottles for me anymore. It doesn’t look like an update is available either.

### 5/5 — App

*2026-04-05, version 3.11.5*

Love this app !!

### 5/5 — Bourbon Selection

*2026-03-08, version 3.11.3*

Love this app. All my bottles are in 1 place when I need to know what I have!!!

### 5/5 — App crashes

*2026-02-19, version 3.11.3*

Love this app BUT it now crashes every time I try and scan a bottle. So sad!!
