I’ve had to apply for other credit cards as they randomly take your card and will try cancelling it without explanation , the app dosent work, the customer service are horrible , they take weeks to respond. They start declining payments when funds are available. They ignore you constantly and don’t care and give you the run around time after time. This is the worst credit card company I’ve even experienced and would suggest you all avoid it. It’s declined payments when money has been clearly in the account. Team Onmo ### 1/5 — Only thing simplified with this card is the frustration! *2026-07-18* I got accepted for this card recently. It came through and I got ready to use it. Well, that was wishful thinking because I’ve been struggling with the 3D authentication process 🤬 Took forever for them to accept my photos of my driving license and, even when they did finally accept that along with the 2 other ‘challenges’ they STILL haven’t cleared me to make the purchase that was the whole reason for getting the card. I’ve had other credit cards and never had this issue. Maybe tell people during the application process that, once accepted, they’ll have to do further tasks before being able to use it. I’m at the stage where I’m considering just cancelling because, honestly, the item I want is definitely going to sell out before this lot let me use the card for its intended use.
