The App sometimes opens with a blank screen. No minimum payment or your own amount available so you must repay in full. Today the app says verify email again but won’t let me. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Very poor customer service *2024-08-14, version 1.3.34* Had this card for about a year and all was going well, then I made a large payment to my account to reduce my bill, I waited a week for conformation it was cleared, this took them 2 months, during this time I can no longer access the app to confirm the money was added to my account, can no longer use the card as it keeps getting declined. Spoke to customer services a few times and was promised a call back within 24 hours on numerous occasions, what a surprise it didn’t happen, We are now 2.5 months down the road and I’m still waiting. Next stop is the finacial ombudsman to hopefully get this shocking service resolved. ### 1/5 — It’s broken and has been for a while *2024-07-28, version 1.3.34* Worked amazing for ages and as you can see from the most recent reviews the app just stopped working (latest iOS iPhone 15) Can’t make a payment can’t see any transactions or balance as no web app Contacted customer service and they ghosted me I’m not the only one and this has been an issue for weeks Fix your app, this is ridiculous ### 1/5 — Useless Card, Useless App & Useless Customer Service *2024-07-22, version 1.3.34* The application process was quick and the card was delivered within a week on Friday however I have been getting declines since I activated on Friday, not able to speak to customer service as their customer service is not open over weekend (which is poor customer service experience), the app glitches all time even though I have updated it and why have a live chat function if there is no one available for immediate support, I have been waiting for over 3 hours for assistance over live chat but have no answer. However in the last 2 months I have not been able to access my app, I can’t see my balance, I can’t pay my bill because everything is on this rubbish app. The website page is less than useless as you can’t assess your account there either. There is no phone number to talk to anyone and the emails do not not get responded to all the while my credit score is getting impacted because I can’t clear my credit card and I can’t get any help to resolve it either!! Initially this was a great offer as I was looking for a credit booster card to improve my score. The application process was straight forward and without any issues. And then I got my card. I now cannot log in to the app at all. I have tried across multiple devices and it’s hit-or-miss as to whether I can get in on my old device and impossible on my new one. I’ve even tried on a different iPhone entirely with no joy whatsoever. No online portal to access my account. No telephone numbers to call anyone to discuss. Charges for late payment despite setting a direct debit up (it tries to collect the full balance so that’s been cancelled!).
