I’ve tried all the big mental health apps and they always felt like another thing on my to-do list. This is the first one that actually feels like a break. Popping the gratitude bubbles is weirdly addictive and actually helps when my brain is spiraling. It’s simple, it’s free, and it doesn't try to be my therapist. It just helps me breathe.
