## What is OnMyWeigh?

The scale lies to you every day.

Water, salt, sleep and a late dinner can swing your weight by pounds overnight. One bad morning can feel like failure even when your overall trend is moving in the right direction.

OnMyWeigh helps you see the trend underneath the noise. Log your weight in seconds and understand what is actually happening over time.

FREE
• Fast weigh-in logging with optional time and notes
• Full history with edit and delete
• Weight charts from 1 week to all time
• Goal weight, progress tracking and BMI
• Weekly rate of change
• Daily water tracking with hydration goals
• Weigh-in reminders
• Apple Health integration for supported health data
• CSV import and export, plus full backup and restore

ONMYWEIGH PRO
• Smoothed trend line
• Projected goal window
• Plateau detection and weekly patterns
• Milestones and achievements
• Custom targets with projected dates
• Body measurements
• Waist-to-height ratio, shown as a number and a trend — never a risk category
• GLP-1 dose tracking, with your weekly rate measured separately on each dose
• Blood pressure logging with a trend chart
• Eating window tracking
• Strength training log with sets, reps, weight and personal records
• Shareable PDF progress report

DOSES
Track GLP-1 injections beside your weight. Log medication, dose, injection site, notes and side effects, and see weight trends by dose phase.

OnMyWeigh is a log, not a medication calculator. It does not recommend, schedule, verify or adjust doses.

TRAINING
Log sets, reps and weight, and keep your heaviest set of each exercise in one place. Pick from a built-in list of lifts or add your own. See your weekly volume, how your bodyweight and your heaviest sets have moved over the same weeks, and a recap of the month.

OnMyWeigh records what you lifted. It does not write programmes, prescribe weights, or estimate a one-rep max.

BLOOD PRESSURE
Log blood pressure readings and see them charted alongside your weight and dose history. OnMyWeigh records readings but does not diagnose, classify or recommend treatment.

EATING WINDOW
Log when you first and last ate each day. OnMyWeigh works out your eating window, the gap between them, and your average across the days you logged. It does not set targets, prescribe a schedule or tell you when to eat.

WATER
Track daily water intake and hydration goals. Supported hydration data can be written to Apple Health when you choose.

LOGGING TAKES ONE TAP
Your weigh-in is the first thing you see and the biggest thing on the screen. It opens showing yesterday's weight, so a normal morning is one tap on plus or minus — or tap the number and type. Nothing is recorded until you do: the starting figure is a hint, never an entry.

FIND THINGS WHERE YOU EXPECT THEM
Five tabs. Home for logging and today. Trends for charts. Health for everything you track alongside your weight. Training for lifting. History for every log you keep, switchable with a tap.

ON IPAD
OnMyWeigh is designed for iPad rather than stretched from the phone. Navigation moves to a sidebar, the cards spread across the screen, and the trend chart uses the extra width.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-in. No ads.

Your health data is stored on your device unless you choose to share supported information with Apple Health. OnMyWeigh does not use your health data for advertising.

IMPORTANT
OnMyWeigh is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice.

BMI and waist-to-height are general population measures. Trend lines and projected dates are statistical estimates, not predictions.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your weight, medication, blood pressure, hydration or health.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-09-26

Two big changes, and a new way to log your weight.

A NEW WEIGH-IN CARD
Your weigh-in is now the first thing you see and the biggest thing on the screen. It opens showing yesterday's weight, so a normal morning is one tap on plus or minus. Prefer to type? Tap the number. Nothing is recorded until you do — the figure it opens on is a hint, never an entry.

FIND THINGS WHERE YOU EXPECT THEM
Five tabs instead of six that came and went: Home, Trends, Health, Training and History. Health holds everything you track alongside your weight in one scroll. History holds every log — tap Weight, Doses, Fasting, Training or Blood pressure to switch.

TRAINING (Pro)
A new tab for lifting. Log sets, reps and weight from a built-in list of exercises or your own. Personal records, weekly volume, your bodyweight and your heaviest sets on the same weeks, and a recap of the month. OnMyWeigh records what you lifted; it does not write programmes, prescribe weights, or estimate a one-rep max.

ALSO NEW
• Waist-to-height ratio — a number and a direction, not a risk category.
• Blood pressure charted over time, alongside the readings themselves.
• Import weigh-ins from a CSV. Merges only — nothing already in the app is changed.
• Eating window tracking. No targets and no schedule.

Nothing you have logged has moved or been lost.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-10

Two big changes: OnMyWeigh has been reorganised, and it now tracks strength training.

FIND THINGS WHERE YOU EXPECT THEM
Five tabs instead of six that came and went: Home, Trends, Health, Training and History.

• Health holds everything you track alongside your weight — doses, eating window, blood pressure and measurements — in one scroll. Sections you have not switched on stay out of the way entirely.
• History holds every log. Tap Weight, Doses, Fasting, Training or Blood pressure to switch between them.
• Home keeps the weigh-in and water quick-add where they were.
• Doses and eating windows now open a form when you tap Log, so Health stays short.

TRAINING (Pro)
A new tab for lifting.

• Log sets, reps and weight, from a built-in list of exercises or your own
• Personal records — your heaviest recorded set of each exercise
• Workout volume by week
• Your bodyweight and your heaviest sets on the same weeks, so you can see them move together
• A recap of the month
• Whether your weight is losing, holding or gaining over the last four weeks

OnMyWeigh records what you lifted. It does not write programmes, prescribe weights, or estimate a one-rep max.

ALSO NEW
• Waist-to-height ratio — your current ratio, how it has moved, and a trend chart. A number and a direction, not a risk category.
• Blood pressure now charts systolic and diastolic over time, alongside the readings themselves.
• Import weigh-ins from a CSV, so history from a spreadsheet or another app can come with you. Merges only — nothing already in the app is changed or removed.
• Eating window tracking. Log when you first and last ate; OnMyWeigh works out the window, the gap and your average. No targets and no schedule.

Nothing you have logged has moved or been lost — only where you find it has changed.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-09

OnMyWeigh is now designed for iPad.

• A real iPad layout — sidebar navigation instead of a phone tab bar, and your cards arranged across the screen rather than stretched down one narrow column
• On a larger iPad in landscape, logging gets its own column, so recording a weight no longer means scrolling to find the form
• A taller trend chart that actually uses the space, with more of your history readable at a glance
• Full screen on every iPad, and it works in Split View alongside another app

If you use OnMyWeigh on iPhone, nothing has changed — this release is entirely about iPad.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-02

What’s New in OnMyWeigh 1.3
• Added Water Tracking with daily hydration goals
• Added Apple Health integration for hydration data
• Improved health and weight progress tracking
• Performance improvements and bug fixes

### 1.2 — 2026-08-31

Dose tracking, blood pressure, and Apple Health

DOSE TRACKING
Log each injection and OnMyWeigh reads your weekly rate on every dose
separately, so a lower dose and a higher one are two answers rather than one
blurred average. Injection sites, side-effect notes and dose markers on your
chart come with it, and your PDF report includes the breakdown.

It's a log, not a calculator. OnMyWeigh records the dose you and your
prescriber decided on, and never suggests, schedules or verifies one. Switch it
on in Settings.

BLOOD PRESSURE
Log a reading in a couple of taps. If you're tracking doses, your readings are
grouped by the dose you were on when you took them.

OnMyWeigh records what you enter and nothing more — no averaging, and no
labelling a reading normal, elevated or high. What a reading means is a
conversation with your prescriber.

APPLE HEALTH
Weigh-ins and blood pressure readings can be saved to Apple Health if you switch
it on. It only writes — nothing is ever read from Health — and it stays off
until you turn it on.

ALSO
The Manage Subscription link now appears in Settings, and a fix for the 1.0 bug
that left Back up & restore and Delete all data looking like they did nothing.
