I like the notifications for feeds and the fact you can tailor a lot of it to want you need it to do however it doesn’t sync well with my husbands side but the worst thing it does is I’m recording a feed and it goes oops something went wrong please refresh and it loses ALL of that feeds info so I don’t know the time started or duration of each side. It’s doing it so often I’m considering changing to a different app unfortunately ### 2/5 — Great App *2026-01-23, version 1.19.0* Loved the app and was helpful. Stopped using due to AI use. No need for AI in a babies app! ### 2/5 — Nice design but buggy *2026-01-22* The app has a pleasant design but the bugs make it hard to enjoy. Various users don’t see each other’s live updates (eg when baby is sleeping) and to see most up to date history of the diary you need to refresh the app constantly. Some users get the dynamic notifications, some don’t, despite having the same iPhone models and settings. In addition, some of the analytics are not thought through - eg why can you see pumping by time pumped but not by volume? However, multiple aspects of the app were not working as advertised and we did not hear back from support ever despite multiple requests. I believe some level of support should be expected, especially for premium subscribers. We moved to a different baby tracker app which has been much more reliable and working ad advertised. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that we weren’t able to support you as expected — especially as a premium subscriber. Wishing you and your family all the best, ### 4/5 — Can’t enable Premium *2025-11-04, version 1.18.0* App works great and wanted to upgrade to premium however it gets stuck on the loading indicator after I try to restore my purchase. ### 4/5 — Overall great app *2025-10-16* This is such a great app to track all things baby related. More than one person can use it making it super easy for anyone helping baby to see what’s going on. The only downfall is if let’s say sleep is started by dad, it doesn’t show properly on mom’s phone. It’ll say sleep hasn’t been started and then you go to start it and it’ll suddenly say oh sleep was already started 30 minutes ago. The account did not upgrade and says there are no purchases to restore. I reached out Via email for help and heard nothing back. Would really like to use this app but I am so disappointed in my experience when upgrading to premium that I have been using another instead. **Developer response:** Sorry about this — we couldn’t find your email. It is perfect! Downloaded on mine and my husbands phone and now don’t need to be double checking with each other when the next feed is or last bum change. Absolute game changer! Thank you for a wonderful app!! ### 5/5 — Every newborn parents dream app! *2025-05-01* When my son was born I was desperately trying to remember about feeding times, which breast I had last fed him on, how many time he had poo’d and how long he had slept for and it was far too much to try and keep on top of on my own. When I found this app it honestly became my go to app and probably saved me a lot of mental anguish. It sends reminders, it has timers for feeds, you can note down there wet and soiled nappies, check in out there weight and there developments, once they’ve introduced the option to add a partner too it was a no brainer and I would recommended to anyone who is about to have a new baby. Trust me it honestly does so much of the remembering stuff for you and it really helps. ### 5/5 — Stellar app *2025-04-26, version 1.16.2* Very happy with this app! You click on it and it stays frozen on blue instead of turning orange indicating the timer started. I had to log out of the app more then 5 times. Je n’ai toujours accès qu’au plan gratuit, alors que j’ai bel et bien payé. C’est franchement décevant : je me connecte, je rafraîchis, je vérifie mon compte… et toujours bloquée en version gratuite. Il doit clairement y avoir un bug ou une erreur d’activation de l’abonnement. J’aimerais que l’équipe Onoco : • Vérifie rapidement mon compte et active l’abonnement Premium que j’ai payé. • Me tienne informée de la cause du problème (bug, erreur de synchronisation, etc.). • Et si ça ne peut pas être réglé rapidement, qu’on me rembourse sans attendre. L’application reste pratique pour le suivi de bébé, mais là, payer pour rien, c’est frustrant. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this matter. ### 1/5 — Paid version NOT worth it! *2025-07-16* I used Onoco for my first in 2022 and loved it. So naturally I used it again when I had my second in 2025. I use it for tracking feed times, sleep, and diapers. I was so excited when I saw they had an AI integrated feature to help with the schedule. I have faithfully logged sleeping, eating, and diaper changes for 4+ weeks now, but when I try to use the AI adjust it gives me a totally unrelated schedule suggestion. I've been logging wake windows of 1.5 hrs to 1.75 hrs and it will suggest that I wake him up, feed him for 30 mins and put him right back down for a nap after that. I paid the money for help with navigating the newborn schedule shifts and it has been completely useless! It will suggest a nonsense schedule that looks nothing like what the day to day has been like and then if you try AI Adjust again it will suggest something completely different, but also fully unrelated to what your day looks like. So it's basically just throwing out random garbage suggestions without using any of the data that I have been meticulously logging. It is beyond disappointing. I wanted to use it until we got down to one nap, so I did the yearly version, which DOES NOT have the option for a week trial, so I feel like I flushed $50+ down the toilet. The app is great for tracking, but DO NOT buy the premium version looking for schedule help. I also emailed twice to see if I was doing something wrong and almost two weeks later I haven't heard anything back. So, with no response I felt like a negative review may be the only way to actually get help with the app. **Developer response:** Hi Kacie! Thank you so much for your review! Unfortunately it’s so glitchy that it just doesn’t work for the basic thing we want it for- to track sleep. It either records him as being continuously asleep even when you try to stop the timer multiple times, or it just doesn’t let you add sleeps. We use the free version of it and it does all the record keeping we need. It’s super helpful as I’m a mom that needs to pump while at work so I can keep track of how many oz. have been pumped. Also great for going to the doctors when they ask questions such as how many wet diapers, how long do they nap for, etc. I highly recommend this app! I think for the year and bit I’ve used it, it’s only gone down like 2-3 times just for a few hours and then it’s fixed.
