I think everyone was doing the same thing that day. If you have not, run don’t walk find another lender. This company is absolutely horrid. You will never be able to get them on the phone. They will ask you to verify yourself 300 times if you do get on the phone and then after that, they will hang up on you. They can’t spell customer service. With it written down in front of them. OnPath must be ran by Fred Flintsone why are there not ways to deposit money online??? Is this 2023 or is it 1985? I shouldn’t have to drive to Onpath just to deposit money into my account!!! This is extremely frustrating as a business owner! Why cant I link a checking account or zelle the money to my account. Im about to close my account and go to Jefferson Financial. ### 1/5 — Cant make deposits in the app with ios16 *2022-10-06, version 2021.11.0.6* Very frustrating but the camera feature is not working for the last week to make a deposit through the app. It asks me to rotate the phone I do so but the screen is grayed out ### 1/5 — Update horrible *2021-07-01, version 2021.03* I took the app off my phone cause it was acting dumb and now can’t even get it back one the phone......my dad always said if it’s not broke don’t fix it.....they took something that worked at least and broke it! ### 1/5 — Update is broken *2021-06-18* App used to work fine but forced me to update, locked me out of my account, and now I can’t open the app except from the App Store. Have called customer service twice and never gotten a call back after entering the queue.
