If your company uses OnPay for payroll and HR, you can see your pay stubs, change bank details, request time off, and make updates to your personal information in seconds. When you need to reach someone you work with, you can even find their contact information right in the app — wherever you are. Important work documents can be signed right from your phone. And with lifetime self-service accounts, you’ll always have access to old pay stubs, W-2 or 1099 tax forms, and other employment documents after you switch jobs. I have been on the phone with Onpay about many issues regarding the app. Their own people’s only response is: “The app isn’t finished. You should log on to the website instead.” That was 3 years ago. Nothing has changed.
