It’s always been easy to navigate. I never have any problems with it. Thank you for being so user friendly. Consider utilizing a larger font, and the option for the user, to access widgets, to move the most used tools, to the top of the search bar. This is a simple software addition, that would assist your users greatly. I’ll also say, that the BillPay system OnPoint chooses to use, has cost me precious funds, in that it is clunky and unreliable in its check delivery. I’ve attempted to move up pay dates to be preemptive of late arrival, and STILL have payments being received LATE! This is unacceptable. They changed. And changed business bank name. Now called ‘On point’. I’ve been doing banking business there for decades. There’s no longer a community feel, or experience. Not anymore. And the overall Onpoint mobile app sucks! Especially the mobile mortgage loan feature. Now an external entity?? Not user convenient. Nothing happens in ‘real time’! What’s wrong with this institution? They care less about long time members. I’ve shared thoughts and concerns over the years. “Nothing we can do”, or “we’ll discuss it”. And trying to actually talk to a live human, you have to go through all their ai prompts. NOT ok.
